EM Round 655 cheating report

Suspected Cheating - ExquisiteForgery and Jorgethecheese

Case
It's simple, my case is that these two players are colluding in this comp round, ensuring wins for Exquisite.

Context
It's the middle of the round, and I like to check top players to learn a bit more, especially since I was pretty bad this round. Looking at ExquisiteForgery, I was alerted by multiple factors.
>First, his win/loss record is ridiculous, 22/6 is extremely suspicious.
>Second, I already played with the guy the previous round, and didn't find him impressive in any way. As a matter of fact, he was reported for OGI in one of my games.
>Third, Exquisite stated with a classic 50/50 pie over the first ten games, then started winning everything. Over the last two rounds, Exquisite had 50/50 pies.
>Fourth, the nature of this round makes farming points difficult. Most setups are scumsided, so you either roll maf and often win little, or roll town and sometimes win big. Exquisite is often winning as town, which is suspicious.

Win/loss stats
So I looked. And what is immediatly obvious is that Exquisite faced a few opponents where he has never lost to : Knicks, Jorgethecheese, Assassinator (5 wins 1 loss), TheEarthIsFlat.
I decided to focus on Jorge because his pie is the most likely to be a gt alt, and because as of the time of writing this pastebin, Exquisite faced Jorge 9 times (2nd person Exquisite faced the most often) for 1 common win, 6 wins over Jorge, and 2 unranked. We shall examine all of those games.
Jorge's statistics for comp in games without Exquisite is 4 wins and 5 losses, which is mediocre without being gt. His main pie is the same ratio if you take out games without Exquisite. He only plays GH, FP, pointfarms (JFK/Reverse) and comp.
Exquisite's statistics for comp in games without Jorge is...15w 6l, which is still too much fmpov. So my guess is that there is at least another one. I wouldn't include Assassinator in this discussion, considering Exquisite wanted to fearkill him in game 9.

Most of those games are played on Frontier Justice, I expect the mods handling this to know the setup's meta.
For the other readers, it's a setup with three blues, journ, cop, sheriff vs nilla, lawyer, jan. The meta is basically based around counterclaims, journalist double checking cops, usual "inno can be lawyered", and doubting unccd pr claims because of jankills.

Cop is retarded and loses an easy cc.

Sheriff eventually refuses and hits Jorge acting scummy yet again. Autowin.

Cop hits jan and isn't cced (cop can still be janned at that point), Exquisite decides to shoot outside anyway and hits lawyer.
Exquisite decides then to lynch outside and hits Jorge, ensuring autowin on d1. He still hammers correctly in d2.

Exquisite is n1ed and in graveyard all game. *****He says two weird lines alone in gy "I will try something" during d1. Maybe an alt-tab issue.*****
Journ goes on cop and the jan's cc is weak. Jorge, for all his bad plays in previous games, manages to shoot outside and get lawyer, then hammer the weak cc. Autowin.

Exquisite votes last yet again, hits janitor. Mafia was lucky enough to kill sheriff.
Exquisite confirms janitor, one cop claims (late) maf on janitor and another claims random inno. Exquisite puts jan on hold and lynches the correct cc, fosing him since the start, which is not obvious at all. Before doing that, he orders cop to check Jorge n2, which would be autowin for town.
Cop refuses and goes on a random inno, Exquisite gets killed, it eventually ends up in final 3 no clear and Jorge ISPs the final 3, eventually getting bwed.

Closing
Technically there is no blatant cheating, however the pr RNG, Jorge's GT behaviour when facing Exquisite in contrast with a basic 50/50 player in other games, Exquisite's instant transition in comp from a 50/50 player to a genius scumhunter, and weird graveyard lines are more than enough for me to write this.
