weird java problem with do_page_fault do_huge_pmd_anonymous_

  1. alt+sysrq+p while Java is going slow and using almost 800% cpu (mostly system cpu) due to possibly my LVM snapshot crash attempt run long ago and now stopped. Disabling swap makes it run faster, but still slow and still high system cpu % when starting IntelliJ Idea but not as much while running it.
