- Description: Davis, who knew Debra’s former roommate, broke into her residence through a back window, unscrewed the light bulbs, and waited for her to return. Noticing that someone had broken in, Debra called her brother, fearing the intruder was still inside. As soon as she hung up, Davis attacked her. He tied her hands and gagged her. He then took her to a highway overpass, where he r*ped and sodomized her, before strangling her and stabbing her 113 times.
