- Chara dropped the chocolate chips into the batter one by one, very slowly. Perhaps they were hoping that if they took long enough, they would be allowed to keep most of it and eat it later.
- Their concentration was so deep that Frisk was able to sneak up behind them. "Boo!" they yelled as they pressed their hands, still wet from just being washed, against Chara's neck.
- Chara jumped and promptly let half the bag's contents slip away. That was about the right amount, so Frisk wrestled the rest of the bag out of their grasp and locked it into the closet.
- Chara sighed and started stirring.
- Frisk picked out the cookie cutter shapes with hearts and flowers and such. Chara monopolized the animals, and further enhanced their cookies with fierce horns and mean eyes and such.
- Chara insisted on being the one to put the cookies in the oven.
- Frisk cleaned up without Chara. They knew from experience that Chara would sit transfixed on the inside of the oven for the entire baking time, imagining it to be hell.
