This battle started off at an extremely slow pace, with both teams bringing a lot of their bulkier mons. After some back and forth switching, and some Leech Seed stalling with Shaymin, Storm predicts Florges' wish and goes into Gallade, which then mega evolves, and KO's the florges with Poison Jab. Immediately after Shme switches in Greninja and KO's M-Gallade with a Supersonic Skystrike, before getting revenged by a scarf Alolan Ninetales. Shme then switches Slowbro in to take the next scarf Blizzard, which forces Storm to switch into Shaymin which dodges a Toxic. He then doubles into Deoxys-S, and sets up a Nasty Plot, which then Ko's the Slowbro, and the Emboar in the following turns. Deoxys then goes down to its own Lifo Orb recoil. Then Shme goes into Jolteon as Storm goes into Ditto, which is able to beat Jolteon after a few Shadow Ball's. The Ditto is then revenged by Sneasel, which then gets knocked out by the scarfed Alolan Ninetales' Moonblast, securing a 3-0 win for Storm.
