Part Dragon, part human, due to a necklace a human friend provided her as a kid, she can shift between both human and dragon forms.

She has short, burnt red hair that goes to her shoulders. She has bright purple eyes. She wears a necklace with a shining blue gem on it, is around 5'3 tall.

Description(Dragon form):
Unlike a pure dragon, she is quite small, about the size of a full grown horse. Her body is lined with red scales and her underbelly is a light orange. Her tail has sharp scales, allowing it to be used as a weapon, or self defense if needed. Her wing flaps are light orange with the outermost part being bright red, and she has a small amount of fur on her head located between two horns that point behind her.

Fighting/morphing information:
She can breath fire only when in her dragon form.
Her scales are as extremely tough, and can be used for defense. Her weak points consist of areas where she doesn't have any scales.
She prefers not to engage in physical combat. She can shift pretty quickly, however it does leave her vulnerable if she decided to shift around others. She doesn't normally like to let people be aware that she can go between human and dragon.

Overall Personality:
Kira is very kindhearted, but more or less finds it extremely difficult to fully trust others. They will risk their life to try and save those in need if they feel like they can do something about it, even if they distrust or even hate the person they're saving. They're disgusted by death and believe that even the worst kinds of people don't deserve to die, no matter what they have done. They also don't like to lie, and may beat around the bush upon being questioned upon stuff they don't like. They tend to judge people very quickly based on their first impression with them.

Major personality flaws:
They don't really trust others, even if the other person has risked their life to save them. You have to try really hard to gain their complete trust.
Kira also doesn't like to discuss their past, and will get very hostile if you try to pry it out of them. If you happen to gain their trust however, they might open up to you.
Kira, even though very kind, has a bit of sticky fingers and doesn't mind stealing from those that seem well off, or to stupid to hang onto their money.
Kira is very stingy with their money, and extremely greedy. She'll never turn down someone giving her free coin.

Other traits:
Kira doesn't like physically fighting, she prefers arguing if anything else. She will often try to flee or smooth talk her way out of a bad situation. Often making lighthearted jokes to try and break any tension.
Kira won't correct people that misgender her, unless they're trying to correct someone that properly identified her as a female.

Past:
Kira was raised by her mother, a dragon, and never really knew her father, nor was she told anything about him. She had a very close friend who was a human named Kia. One day, she was playing in the forest with her friend, and upon returning home a man could be seen standing over Kira's lifeless mother's body, a bloody sword in their hand. In a rage Kira killed them, taking revenge for her mother. Terrified of what had happened before her very eyes, Kia fled from the cave, only to trip and fall off the cliff outside the entrance. Kira turned to witness her only friend fall to her death, and, being in her human form without wings, could do nothing but watch the horror unfold. In one day, because of a human, she had lost the only two people in her life she trusted. It was then that she changed her name to Kira, as she no longer saw herself as an 'innocent dragon' that she was originally named to be. She eventually blamed Kia's death on herself, since had she not scared her, she would have still been alive. She also determined that killing only leads to more killing. No matter how awful the person, death doesn't change anything for the better, and will only result in more death.
