4. In-depth explain how the character came around with to gain any necessary knowledge or items to put him in this position :
as I specified in my backstory, my character is a member of the Ex-Korean Military Aviation. It would be rather easy since Ryuk could simply loot some Chinese or NATO soldiers in South Korean DMZ.

7. What will be your goals for the character? :
I wish to simply create unique RP on that character, as I have never RPed a ex-military on HL2RP. My main goal will be to become the face of the resistance and prove that people can join us without being harmed.
8. How do you plan to achieve your goals?
I simply create small strikes, convicing people to create Strikes in workshifts and not work at all. I would not kill any units when it is not required due to a singular cop dying could result in deaths of the reactionary sweep.
9. From everything above why do you want to play this character and what do you believe it will add to the roleplay to the server and how it will improve it? :
I think this character would be the only resistance, as I haven't seen a singular rebel which would be armed. I wish to play on this character to improve the resistance roleplay and add a bit of flavour to it.
