The Medium:
What servers have you been staff on? List your role, background information about the server and it’s name, and as well information on what you did as your role:
I've been staff on a few servers.
1st (2014) Chicken Craft I was helper- Sr.Admin on there for a good year.I mainly did kits, mines, ranks, and helping people out with stuff as well as DP. It had standard population of 14-21 people.
2nd (2014 or 2015) Dyno Craft I was helper- dev. I coded a few things but nothing do serious and also did DP and helped people out with stuff.  Had about 13+ people on at once a day.
3rd (2015) (I don't recall name) I was helper- Sr.mod. Had about 7 people on at least a day. I mainly helped people  with glitches, confusion and other simple things.
(2017) Arcane MC. I was helper for a good 2 month than the owner promoted me to Sr. Admin because I worked hard and actually did my job unlike all the other staff members. I helped people out, gave them items, did DP's, help them do simple stuff and I built some maps for the server. It had only about 5-10 people on at a time.
Have you ever been banned from a server? If so, list the server and reason why.:
I've been banned on the Hive before for "speed hacking" because I was speed bridging.

Why do you want to become a staff member here?
I want to become staff because I love Chemical MC. The owner is really nice and takes suggestions, the community is great, it's not to easy to rank up but not hard, they do lots of give aways and drop partys, it's not pay to win and over all a good server.

What makes you more unique compared to other candidates?:
I'm diffrent from others because I have the eager   to help people out as much as possible. I will help someone out for countless hours if I have time to do so. I have been kicked on many servers for helping players for so long they told me to take a break. I also just really enjoy being a staff member and people wanting to be your friend.
As a member of this staff team, what would be your goal?:
My goal as a staff member is to help out as much as possible and not be annoying at same time.

Why do you feel ChemicalMC is the right place for you?:
As I said before, the community is great, staff are friendly and nice and good at their jobs, and I love prison servers.

If you could change one thing about ChemicalMC, what would it be and why?:
I wouldn't change anything server wised just that a few things like raids are a little to difficult but I've talked to Horns and he is already covering it.

Have you ever been disciplined or banned on ChemicalMC? If so, why?:
Not since the recent reset no.

How active can you be during a given week?
Now since I've finished mid terms, 2+ hours on week days and 3+ week ends.

Situations:
You are on the server alone. A player comes in and starts spamming racial slurs while he is hacking. What do you do?:
First I would ask them to stop politely. Then If they continue I would warn them for (x) amount of times. Then if it continues I would mute for (x) amount then if it get's crazy I will perm mute/ ban.

A staff member you know has been abusing his powers for quite some time, you’ve been thinking of reporting him but you don’t know how that will affect your friendship. What do you do?:
I would report regardless if it is major or minor because they are staff, they should be aware of what they are doing and that it is illegal.

Players start spamming chat asking you for items, what is the proper response?:
I would say "No I don't have a (x)." If they keep asking I will warn then after the (x) amount of warns I would mute then I would do that for said amount more then I would permmute/ban.

The server has been being advertised on Mineplex, Hypixel, TheHiveMC, and etc with bots, players are logging on and claiming about the server. Giving it bad reveiws. How do you handle this issue?:
Well there is nothing I can do to stop the bots but if people come on complaining I can inform them that it is a bot and it is not true.

A hacker starts intimidating you, saying they know your personal information and if you do not give them access to your account, they will leak your address, phone number, and more. What do you do?
So first of all, I would never believe that because that is ridicules . But if they continue I will mute them for threatening and if that continues ban or a longer mute.

Multiple players are reporting that there is someone invisible and flying at PVP. But you cannot find them or confirm their existence. What would you do?
First I would inform a higher ranked staff member, then if I have enough permissions, I'll also go in V and watch over them to see. If I find out who it is I will report them/ record them to another staff member and they will get proper punishment.

What do you do if someone is advertising in chat?:
1: Ask to stop politely.
2:Warn x5
3: Mute for certain time and certain amount of times.
4: If they continue I will perm mute or ban/proper  punishment.
Someone has decided to accuse another person of hacking. How do you handle this?
First I would investigate, if found out that they weren't hacking I would inform the person who reported that everything was ok. If they were found out to be hacking, I would  further investigate and get more evidence, if certain that they are hacking I would inform another staff member that they can punish them correctly.

New staff member has joined the team and is trying to manipulate other staffers into going with him/her to a new server and ditching this one. How do you handle this?
If they are advertising, I would tell them to stop or warn them, but if they are not and doing it on another platform there is really nothing I can do accept ask them to stay but it is their choice.

There is a player demanding staff, saying they were accepted but have not been ranked up. They show you a fake acceptance message. How would you react to this?
First of all, I'm not that gullible to believe that, but if it does look convincing I would ask another staff member if it is real or not and if they really did get accepted. If no, then I inform them.

Define in your own words, the “perfect staff member”. How do you want to be like this imaginary person?
The perfect staff member is nice, friendly, enjoyable, can dedicate time, enjoys being a staff member and a good person all around.
