  1. Rising from the chair, his hand slid across the table as he walked toward the front of the table. He stopped, bowed, and said in a calm tone, "Well, welcome everyone to my second necromancy class." He spoke with a pause, leaning against the table, "I appreciate the presence of all and I hope that the lesson is going to be something productive. It will be a simple thing, but it will give a start for more future classes." Aldrah nodded.
  2.
  3. His eyes then began to wander around some faces, two acquaintances and the rest new people, "Well, some must already know me, but for those who have not yet, my name is Aldrah, Dawn's knight and a necromancer." He spoke, closing his eyes for a few seconds, shaking his head slowly, "Well, there are people I know here, but I'd like everyone to speak, names, titles, if possible."
  4. (Aldrah)
  5.
  6. Konk rose his hand, His blue eyes resting on the teacher as he spoke his name.
  7.
  8. "My name is Konk, I'm.. uh, A future citizen of dawn..? Don't really have a title. but i am looking to get a house."
  9.
  10. He'd lower his hands onto the table, Glancing around the crowd in the building as he relaxed.
  11. (Konk)
  12.
  13. Although the sheer amounts of puns that were bouncing between himself, Konk, and Shiloh could be considered awful to most people, it actually helped cheer the Sirenian up a little bit. The whole thing with Theo was still bothering him, but he'd deal with that later on, right now he had to focus on the class.
  14.
  15. The Paladin would raise his hand as he glanced around the class room, he was pretty sure he knew everyone here, but he'd state his name and rank all the same.
  16.
  17. "Hi everyone! I'm Ser Chaaca Khan Knight of the Deep Sea, and a Paladin of Dawn."
  18.
  19. He'd lower his hands onto the table, as a smile spread across his face. This'll be fun!
  20.
  21. (Chaaca Khan)
  22.
  23. Rising from their seat - obediently - they inclined their head towards the professor and cleared their throat as politely as one possibly could.
  24.
  25. "Good evening, Ser. My name is Orlane. Squire to Paladin Sirocco; but no proper title of my own as of yet. It is a pleasure to meet you, and an honor to sit in on your lesson." With that said - they sat down once more, brushing their cloak out and returning to their silence.
  26. (Orlane)
  27.
  28. On cue - and without tripping over or talking over anyone else - the Nagual rose with a certain air of confidence. Her pale hands slid over her robes to knock out any wrinkles and she stood tall, at her full height. Chaaca beside her still made her look small - but she was nearly six feet in her own right.
  29.
  30. She flashed a winning smile, sharp teeth on full display. There wasn't a nervous bone in Shiloh's body; again, despite ability or lack thereof, there was nothing but the utmost confidence.
  31.
  32. "Name's Shiloh," she announced in a voice slightly louder than appropriate, but not so loudly that it was too much of a faux-pas. "New to the Legion. Ser Chaaca's squire. Valmasian by birth."
  33.
  34. She really liked making her heritage claer - Nagual or not, she was Dawn-born.
  35. (Shiloh)
  36.
  37. Ser Artaghh would smile with a friendly nod to good Aldrah, crossing his bandaged, burn scarred right arm over the black plate of his Nyeshk armor with a formal bow and a smile. "Ye' all know me. Ser Artaghh, Knight o'ta Green Hill, Mithril paladin, slayer'a the Swuisarme King, former proprietor of the Sunlight Hall Tavern & Inn, an' Marshal of Dawn. Blah blah, fancy titles, lotsa responsibility, no pay."
  38.
  39. (Artaghh)
  40.
  41. Walking into the classroom and making his way over to a comfy higher up seat with a graceful gravity aided leap, the Red Paladin would sit in on a course on the Azraelite stapled practice; Necromancy.
  42.
  43. "Ah, don't mind me all of you--just soaking this in, mnh?"
  44.
  45. Putting out his cigarette, the tall, scarlet haired man would give a nod to all those he saw seated within the classroom.
  46.
  47. He'd heard glowing reviews about the prowess, and studious teachings of Aldrah, and he thought that perhaps an academic setting would jog his attentiveness into further transcending, and advancing his understandings of his spiritual attunements.
  48.
  49. A glow would emanate from his person as he enter a faux state of meditation, still remaining receptive in the physical realms, but also equally so for the realms beyond.
  50.
  51. Perhaps the art of raising, and drawing in the spirits of the damned may show methe path of pushing my own to utilize said traversal for other various purposes?
  52.
  53. The thought would rebound about his mind, though regardless of his own furthering narrative, he assumed that this entire class would be quite enthralling in some way or another.
  54. (Chroma Zanders)
  55.
  56. Great! Everyone had introduced themselves, they could then begin class.
  57.
  58. The undeads, who was previously arranged the bodies, began to move. These carried bodies of animals. They stood at the side of each table, of those were there to study, where the undeads did not move and did nothing, just waiting for the next order from their master.
  59.
  60. "Well, I believe everyone here has heard of necromancy, which is an art that brings the dead back to life, right?" He spoke looking at everyone, "But there is so much behind this beautiful art! Where there are few who venture to know more."
  61.
  62.
  63. He turned and went to the blackboard, picked up a chalk, and began to draw a human body.
  64.
  65. "In necromancy, there are some steps that we need to complete, before we are able to really revive a being targeted by our power." He spoke, looking sideways at the students, "Such steps have some names.."
  66.
  67. He then began to write some names on the board, right next to the body, which he had drawn to recently. Corpus Creare, Patin Ligitus and Viscus Vitae. Pointing to the names and looking at the students, he paused to see if that everyone was following.
  68.
  69. (Aldrah)
  70.
  71. Having expected this to be a somewhat more practical lecture - the oscuri reached into the depths of their cloak and with a small sigh, pulled a piece of paper and a pencil from its depths. At once they began to copy the diagrams and labels; scrawling the key points the necromancer said on the reverse side.
  72.
  73. Once they had caught up - their attention shifted back to watching, pencil poised to resume writing once he began to speak again.
  74. (Orlane)
  75.
  76. Despite being particularly unpleasant amongst most company on the outside, in this classroom she was showing off another side of herself: the dutiful student. With her hat stored safely under her table, the witch produced a small notebook from one of the numerous pockets of her robe and was already scribbling away with a pencil - the instructor's words, a near-perfect facsimile of Aldrah's drawing, and already a few of her own notes.
  77.
  78. And, of course: Corpus Creare. Patin Ligitus. Viscus Vitae. Underlined, repeatedly. She was ignorant to the finer points of necromancy, but there was one thing that was universal about all classrooms: if it was on the board, it was important
  79.
  80. If she had questions, she'd hold off on them for now. Such things typically answered themselves, given enough time.
  81. (Shiloh)
  82.
  83. Ser Artaghh would mentally note the various states necessary to achieve successful reanimation with an interested nod, having never actually attended a lecture on necromancy in all of his twenty years of service to Dawn. It was always a bit out of his element, he'd thought, and yet now as a journeyman of the mystic arts he was constantly drawing upon the energies of the spirit realms to animate his own body, push it further in speed and might through sheer accumulation of otherworldly energies.
  84.
  85. Perhaps this study of the basics could help him understand a bit more about the ethereal nature of his drawn power, and allow him to further his mastery of the mystic arts to the level he required for his devised technique. Corpus Creare, Patin Ligitus, Viscus Vitae. Big words, hard to spell no doubt, but he would learn their meaning and weight all the same. The marshal had time, after all.
  86. (Artaghh)
  87.
  88. A warmth washed over, before the chill of contemplation became the subject of the day..
  89.
  90. In his half-way trance, Chroma would pick up the talk of the steps that it took to rend the barrier between life, and death, and his ears within this realm would perk up a bit, tuning into the lesson a bit moreso.
  91.
  92. Finding the room's structures, and lighting fading into the soft and hazed over white of the Spirit World, he could narrow in on the syncopated voice of Aldrah's as his soul was visible, and glowing each time he spoke a word as the other ones littered where they were in the immediate classroom.
  93.
  94. Light beams were pans-directional as they fell upon his soul's shape, the perfectly sealed area for prosperous, and productively rational thoughts.
  95.
  96.
  97. (Chroma Zanders)
  98.
  99. After Aldrah had spoken his part, The young adult had began taking mental notes as he tried to process the information he had pushed on him. His mind roamed as he began scrawling his notes on himself as a madlad. Surprisingly. Konk hadn't expected to go to a school of necromancy today, His skin had to make good for paper. Making sure not to smudge his notes as he wrote on his arm.
  100.
  101. Konk, from what he had understood there should be four steps to necromancy. As he wrote the names of these steps onto his left hand, his pencil, which he had been holding with his right and stayed still as he looked up. His blue eyes looking curious as he noted that the teacher hadn't spoken about what these steps entail. Though he wasn't going to ask, it appeared Konk had been waiting for him to continue.
  102.
  103. ...He'd probably need to copy his notes later onto an actual journal or something when class is over.
  104.
  105. Christ.
  106. (Konk)
  107.
  108. Oh god, oh fuck.
  109.
  110. Not even five minutes into the lesson, and Chaaca was already confused. Corpus Crear? The hell were these things? Whatever, he'd sort that stuff out in a bit, what he needed to do right now was copy whatever the hell was on the chalkboard. The small notepad that he kept in his pocket slowly floated up onto the table, and with it came a pen too!
  111.
  112. The Paladin, who was still mostly confused quickly put pen to paper, and scribbled down whatever was posted on the board, did he know what any of this meant? No! Though he did know one thing, if the teacher makes a point to write something down, you should probably make a note or two later.
  113.
  114. He'd let out a small sigh of relief as he finished the notes. Thank Azreal that was over! Wait... He'd have to take more notes, as the lesson went on, wouldn't he?
  115. (Chaaca Khan)
  116.
  117. Alice loudly ran into the school and waved at everyone before plopping herself down in front of a desk.
  118. (Alice)
  119.
  120. Konk gave a short glance at the actual child who had ran into the school before going to focus on the chalkboard once more.
  121. (Konk)
  122.
  123. Vedran silently took a seat beside Orlane, unsure of the exact necromantic lesson; glazing over the chalkboard.
  124. (Vedran Dusk)
  125.
  126. Coughing, to clear his throat, Aldrah now continued, "I speak these three names, for such will appear in the future, where they have their fundamental roles in necromancy." Aldrah nodded.
  127.
  128. He then returned to blackboard, again picking up the chalk and then going to the body drawing, where he then completed the drawing with symbolizing some organs in the body: Brain, Spine, Heart and Stomach.
  129.
  130. "In necromancy, we necromancers manipulate the magical circuits of bodies! Where we have certain main points, such as I drew on the blackboard." He spoke pointing to each of the drawn organs, as he spoke, "We sent our mana to these circuits, to make the body function again."
  131.
  132. He went to a box and removed from inside this box, the body of a mouse, it had no exposed wounds. He placed the little creature's body on the table and said, "If the specific points are damaged, we can not bring the creature back to life." Then he placed his finger on the little mouse's head, "Corpus Creare is the important process, that we repair the damaged spots to be able to revive our targets!"
  133.
  134. After speaking, the necromancer began to send the mana to the body of the little being, he kept his finger on the head of the rat, "If all the main points are good and undamaged, we are then able to bring the creature back to life." As soon as he spoke, the rat began to move and walk around the table.
  135.
  136. Aldrah then snapped his finger and an undead who stood in the corner, began to walk and put little books on everyone's tables, "This will help." ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hu9UAMlf4_W4EEcHabAFOBs_aU60h59jk-Y9InOgCa4/edit )
  137.
  138. Again, he paused, taking a breath.
  139. (Aldrah)
  140.
  141. Ser Artaghh would nod inquisitively as he thought upon Aldrah's words, the process of Corpus Creare, the maintenance of the key circuitry necessary to animate life, reflective of an energy magi's required physicality and facets necessary to overcharge those said circuits beyond their limits. That such a small breakage in these essential streams, one visualized, could truly be the difference between life or death was both morbid and fascinating to the marshal.
  142.
  143. Descending from his levitation, Artaghh would lean cozily against the lecture hall's back corner, listening in intently on the lecture as he made internal notes on the processes to aid in his own brand of research. The kind of course that ended with a good old fashioned stabbing. But to partially enter the spirit realm and achieve this....transcendent step through the mortal and spiritual planes for the ideal stabbing, that would take some research and book work. This lecture was certainly helping.
  144. (Artaghh)
  145.
  146. Dwelling now onto the essential mana points that were needed in order to bring a body back,
  147. "In necromancy, we necromancers manipulate the magical circuits of bodies! Where we have certain main points, such as I drew on the blackboard."
  148. the thought process of channeling his mystically refined energy into these areas swathed his mind as he looked to the board, internalizing it for memory.
  149.
  150. Perhaps he'd done so earlier with a frantic pulse that hit just about every area of his body, though a more controlled assertion could most definitely breed more controlled results.
  151.
  152. I'll have to attempt doing so then, but to myself. With a careful application, and the right energy maybe I can sort which wavelength my consciousness takes between these weylines…
  153.
  154. Feeling thankful that he came here to learn a bit more of the essentials in the practice, his body would shift a bit as he began subtly coursing his body's circuitsmuch like he did to prime it for the discovery of his Super Magi skill.
  155.
  156. Drawing from such older, and newer wisdom the Paladin felt that with a bit more effort and dedication into this, he'd be able to step past the current understanding he held.
  157. (Chroma Zanders)
  158.
  159. Barging in mid-lesson caused the girl to be confused as to what was going on. She hadn't heard what the three names were but couldn't care less. She watched with odd familiarity as Aldrah drew a diagram of the body. As each organ was drawn out she'd hop out of her seat and quickly shout out the name of it, as if it were a game.
  160.
  161. "That ones the brain and the stomach! And the other one is the heart, my favourite!"
  162.
  163. Not elaborating further, Alice would sit herself back down to stare at the black board. She was paying little attention to the lecture and was snapped out of her blank stare by the undead rat and its little book. The girl glared at it with amazement and resisted the urge to grab and squeeze the life out of it. Instead, she took the tiny book and opened it. It was quite a difficult read for a girl her age, so she quickly shut it and shoved it into her little backpack.
  164. (Alice)
  165.
  166. Shiloh continued her studious notetaking as Aldrah continued on with his lecture. Her pencil revisited a few previous things she drew into her notebook, placing a nice big "X" over each vital point on her copied diagram of the human body. The brain and heart, beyond their obvious importance, were the major points of convergence for magical circuits. The spine made sense too, given its importance for the bodies of even the mundane. Shiloh nodded to herself and scribbled a few more notes.
  167.
  168. Corpus Creare... she nodded again, jotting down a note to delve into medical studies as well. Even if she wasn't particularly interested in healthcare, there was no denying that knowing medicine and possessing surgical skills would doubtlessly help with this step of the process. None of her magic was well-suited toward healing, after all.
  169.
  170. The Nagual looked up from her notebook to watch Aldrah's demonstration, and for the first time that overly confident air of hers faded. Her gaze narrowed at the reanimated rat and her smile gave way to a slight grimace as her eyes followed it as it scurried around the desk. Sharp teeth clenched and grinded, but only for a moment. Something about this had put her on edge.
  171.
  172. "Heh..." The chuckle was quiet, barely audible - along with the following hushed wisecrack. "Must be in my blood. Got somethin' visceral against mice." Even if the words themselves were in line with her typical personality, her tone wasn't quite there.
  173.
  174. But the book would provide an excellent distraction. Still listening for the rest of Aldrah's lecture, Shiloh flipped open the book and began to give it a cursory read, scribbling in her notebook from time to time as well.
  175. (Shiloh)
  176.
  177. Right! Okay, that made sense to him. He'd let out another deep sigh of relief as he jotted down some notes! First and foremost he'd need to complete the diagram of the body, seeing as Aldrah had added onto his, he should probably do the same.
  178.
  179. He'd glance up from his notes for a moment to glance at the body of the rat that rested on the table. His blue eyes narrowed in on the Necromancer, as he watched the man place a finger on the corpse. He titled his head a bit, as he intently watched Aldrah, and before he knew it the rat had been revived.
  180.
  181. Corpus Creare eh? It was a pretty weird word, but the meaning of it made sense. The body, and the organs needed to be intact, right! He'd actually heard about that before. It's why Alastor wasn't able to be brought back to life, his heart and brain weren't really intact.
  182.
  183. The Paladin nodded to himself, as he felt like he understood this a bit more, he'd quickly jot down the notes about Corpus Creare, before glancing up at the undeads that were making their way towards him. He'd offer them a small nod, as a book was set down in front of him. He'd simply flip open the book, and give it a quick skim, as he waited for the next bit of the lesson to start.
  184.
  185. Turns out, the whole necromancy thing was pretty interesting.
  186. (Chaaca Khan)
  187.
  188. They, of course, took notes on this. They had known full well that the brain was essential to necromancy; that no other organ could function without it and the mana simply wouldn't take if the brain its self didn't work. Or, at least; that had been their understanding.
  189.
  190. Once they had written down their notes for this segment, attention turned to the book; thanking the undead for the delivery, then browsing through it.
  191. (Orlane)
  192.
  193. The blonde haired male stared closely the book infront of him, His eyes squinting as he tried to figure out what all of this actually meant, This was a big fucking book, It felt like it weighed fifty whole pounds despite only being a measely pamphlet. It held knowledge Konk actually was curious about.
  194.
  195. As he scanned over the very first page he had begun to understand what truly happened when he died, What causes the soul to be brought, It showed all that needed to be done was alter the trajectory of where one was going. It was like shooting an arrow straight into the air and watching it land onto the ground again.
  196.
  197. It also gave a note that people shouldn't be too rattled if they fail to bring someone back.
  198.
  199. And that's where Konk had shifted to page two, While it then went more into depth on how it isn't ones fault due to the cycle going through it had also explained how the psyche of one had almost no effect on delays to the cycle.
  200.
  201. Time began to slow for him as he kept reading through the pages, Konk felt a slight relief to him as he murmered something about a bad experience when he was in crafthold, The vital points were pierced by then, right? They probably couldn't be revived most likely.
  202.
  203. He was interested in everything about this and the various steps but, Unfortunately Konk was a very, VERY slow reader.
  204.
  205. (And typer, too)
  206. (Konk)
  207.
  208. Pointing up Aldrah continued, "As we fill the circuits with mana again, we are able to feel the souls through the barrier that separates the living from the dead.. These souls are drawn by the circuits that are being filled with mana.." He spoke now raising his hand further up, trying to grab something in the air, but in vain..
  209.
  210. He took the mouse that was on the table and holding it in his hand he said, "However, if you do not have a good amount of mana being inserted steadily in the body, you will not be able to revive a creature." He looked to the faces of the present and finally stops in the mouse in his hand, "And also, if too much mana is inserted, the circuits do not resist.. Which causes in the damage of these circuits or until the body explodes." As he spoke this, a small sphere of fine ice formed around the mouse, those around could see by the ice the rat, while now mana was sent to his body, and that soon he could not stand. After some seconds, the body of the rat inflates and explodes.
  211.
  212. He dropped the ball, which was now covered with blood on the table, turned his gaze to the presents and said, "Please, if you have questions, just talk! I want everyone interacting." Aldrah nodded.
  213. (Aldrah)
  214.
  215. Questions:
  216.
  217. Konk says, "I got a question too! Not as disgusting, and i might be missing a part in the book, Could a heart be replaced? I reckon it isn't as important as the brain but.."
  218.
  219. Artaghh asks, "Can ye' explode livin' people by overchargin' them?"
  220.
  221. Orlane asks, "And can you raise a living skeleton?"
  222.
  223. Chaaca Khan asks, "Can you bring a slime back from the dead?"
  224.
  225. ---
  226.
  227. Watching and then being affirmed by the usage of these specific circuits to move himself within the Spirit realm for perhaps combat purposes, the red haired man would levitate the orb of viscera over to Chaaca like some sort of jaw-breaker with a gooey center.
  228.
  229. He'd return from his partial state to do so, and simply scratch his goatee as he contemplated his own inquiries over whether or not this could actually work.
  230.
  231. "Here you are....and? Slimes are interesting creatures."
  232. (Chroma Zanders)
  233.
  234. Konk looked completely enamored in the idea of slime biology for a moment, Stroking his chin before glancing back to the book.
  235. (Konk)
  236.
  237. Alice joyfully watched as the rat inflated, and eventually exploded. She applauded the performance before sending her hand was straight up into the air for a question, flailing it to get the teacher's attention.
  238.
  239. "Me! I have a question! Can I eat the rat? And can you do that to not dead people? Like what the beld guy said!"
  240. (Alice)
  241.
  242. Shiloh's unease ended with the (new) life of the rat and the speed with which she took notes fell off a bit; it seemed she was jotting down anything she could just to distract herself, and now that there was no need for such a thing she returned to a normal tempo. A moment later, her pencil stopped entirely and her sharpened nail tapped against the open book in front of her.
  243.
  244. "So it's like,... lendin' mana in a way," she ventured. "But like a balloon - put too much air, or... mana in this case, and it just goes pop, huh?" That was clearly just a rhetorical question, spoken aloud for the sake of her own understanding. She tapped her fingernail against the page again and spoke up, more loudly this time:
  245.
  246. "Maybe it ain't too relevant yet, but... I was just readin' in here, and..." She glanced down at the page again. "Actual, serious question - in terms of callin' someone back, you think it'd help havin' people or items around that were special to the person in question? Somethin' to motivate a return, I mean."
  247. (Shiloh)
  248.
  249. Opens the door to the school very, very quietly. She tries to enter the building subtly, careful and slow-paced steps are taken as she strides within the room like a stealthy feline.
  250.
  251. Well, at least in her imagination it was that way. In reality, Sienna was a Nagual with no talent whatsoever at sneaking around.
  252.
  253. The pinkette takes a seat somewhere- hoping she was unnoticed.
  254. (Sienna Kykessy)
  255.
  256. Great, lots of questions!
  257.
  258. Aldrah slowly pointed in the direction of Konk and said, "Yes, it is possible. For example, I had to put a new stomach into a human that I revived, because his old stomach was totally damaged and far from being repaired. So I used a stomach of a boar. But in short, most organs can be changed."
  259.
  260. Then, pointing to Artaghh and Alice, the necromancer would answer their question, "Yes! I did an experiment where I inserted mana into the organs of a live guinea pig! If you insert too much.. Puff, it explodes." Aldrah nodded.
  261.
  262. Pointing to Chaaca, Aldrah answered the question about skeletons, "Yes. We can revive skeletons.."
  263.
  264. Then, at last, Aldrah pointed to the young nagual girl and answered her question, "That goes from necromancer to necromancer, for either we can let the soul come by it own will or we force it to come, using our powers." Aldrah nodded.
  265.
  266. Okay, all the questions he thought relevant, he had answered.
  267.
  268. "Any more questions?" He spoke, going toward the chair and sitting down.
  269. (Aldrah)
  270.
  271. More questions:
  272.
  273. Chaaca Khan says, "Oh right... Uhh, I do have one question."
  274.
  275. Chaaca Khan asks, "So! If a vampire dies, would you be able to bring them back to life? Or is the whole they are already undead prevent that sort of thing?"
  276.
  277. Vedran Dusk asks, "But, it is a question of-- can traditional undead be turned into vampires..?"
  278.
  279. ---
  280.
  281. Aldrah says, "No, we are not able to revive vampires. And no, Vedran.."
  282.
  283. The Nagual raised her hand very proudly- almost as if the lack of knowledge made her feel confident. Sienna missed a large portion of the lesson, and although there was a chance she was about to ask something that Aldrah had already answered- there was no fear in her heart.
  284.
  285. "Do...- Are the rituals different for each necromancer? I mean- I am assuming you were taught by someone as well," Her hand rose, a digit slowly scratching at her cheek. "Are you doing it the same way you were taught or did you have to change things along your career?"
  286.
  287. For someone who tended to be rude so often, it took a real effort for Sienna to ask her question with such respect, or rather, a lack of disrespect.
  288.
  289. Maybe she just took her studies seriously.
  290. (Sienna Kykessy)
  291.
  292. Giving a small smile, Aldrah stared at the little girl for a few seconds and said, "Yes, there are several ways we can perform the ritual! Some use runes, others only have their power and speech.. Each has its own way."
  293. (Aldrah)
  294.
  295. QUESTIONS:
  296.
  297. Chaaca Khan asks, "In theory, could I use my music to bring someone back?"
  298.
  299. --
  300.
  301. Aldrah says, "I think so, Chaaca! "
  302.
  303. A notebook is withdrawn along with a pen, the Nagual beginning to jot down notes of the class and so forth.
  304.
  305. Most importantly..?
  306.
  307. She marks for herself to study more about the difference in each ritual- and how each was developed. Not only that it sounded interesting, it sounded useful as well!
  308. The pinkette hums to herself quietly as the writing commences.
  309. (Sienna Kykessy)
  310.
  311. Aldrah stood up, bowed slightly and said in a loud voice, "Again thank for the presence of all!" Aldrah kept his hand behind him as he spoke, "I intend to do more classes, future practices for those interested!"
  312.
  313. This was one of Aldrah's major projects, to create more necromancers.. Everything going right, there were still people who were interested in this art.
  314.
  315. "The next class we will possibly practice Corpus Creare and the attempt to revive an animal!" Aldrah nodded.
  316.
  317. He stopped and was silent. He did not know if the lesson had been adequate, but he hoped so.
  318. (Aldrah)
  319.
  320. Getting up from his admittedly therapeutic chair Chroma would pat the Necromancer on the back before starting a standing ovation for those within the classroom to follow.
  321.
  322. Dawn truly appreciated the man on this day, for his answers and furtherment of education that enlightened each of their minds in the practice of Azrael. Though by god, he'd have him understand just how deeply it was warranted.
  323.
  324. "Fantastic Aldrah. I'm sure all here would see to it that they'd never miss another lecture, if possible, well done."
  325. (Chroma Zanders)
  326.
  327. Konk stared at Aldrah, he had assumed the class was over so he'd stow away the book that was given to him for later reading--aslong as he didn't object. And prepare to leave.
  328.
  329. "..Thanks for the lesson, I think I understand everything a tad better now."
  330.
  331. The young man placed on his helmet before heading towards the door. Hopefully he could find a house of some kind.. He really didn't like the idea of sleeping at Chaaca's. Last time he did that he had to jump from the roof. It wasn't fun.
  332.
  333. "With some luck i'll be back later."
  334. (Konk)
  335.
  336. Sienna's golden gaze had been glued to her notebook so far- but the announcement that the class was finished wakes her up. Sort of. She was still jotting a few more notes- only now her eyes shifted between the teacher and her notebook.
  337.
  338. The Nagual was making sure she wasn't missing something important while also watching her writing on the paper.
  339.
  340. "Thank you for the lesson..!"
  341.
  342. It still stung that she was late- but she won't be next time!
  343. (Sienna Kykessy)
  344.
  345. Was the class over already? They glanced down at the book in their hand, and the page they had covered from edge to edge in diagrams and notes - it seems they would have to come better equipped next time.
  346.
  347. "Thank you for the lesson, Ser. I appreciate this chance to learn our lord's greatest of art." It was a shame they hadn't been more active - but perhaps next time they would be able to contribute properly.
  348. (Orlane)
  349.
  350. Chaaca offered Aldrah a thumbs up, before grabbing his book. Aldrah had done a wonderful job! In truth, he had only come here because he had felt bad about no one showing up at the Knight's last class, but because of Aldrah's wonderful job, he was genuinely interested in learning the art of Necromancy.
  351.
  352. The Paladin would get to his feet, setting the book into his bag, but it was at that moment that Chroma began to give a round of applause for the necromancer. A wide grin spread across the Sirenians face, as he joined Chroma!
  353.
  354. "Aye, that was fun as shit. Thank ya so much for the lessons."
  355. (Chaaca Khan)
  356.
  357. Thoughts of the rat now behind her as the lesson came to a close, Shiloh flashed one of her iconic grins, the general cocky smugness flowing back into her as she shed the mask she wore to be a good student. "Corpus Creare, Patin Ligtus, and Viscus Vitae," she repeated, pencil tapping rapidly against her closed notebook as she quickly quizzed herself on the major steps of the process. "Thinkin' my first homework assignment is to study some basic first-aid," she said to herself, flipping open the notebook and scribbling that down as a reminder.
  358.
  359. "Or surgical skills, anyway." Either way, she shrugged and looked back to Aldrah.
  360.
  361. "Anyway, thanks, Ser Aldrah... professor?" she ventured. "You'll be seein' me next time too. You got at least one bright-eyed, bushy-tailed student followin' in your footsteps now," she said quickly, that astoundingly punchable grin on her face.
  362.
  363. Never mind that her eyes looked so dead they swallowed any light that hit them and her tail wasn't bushy in the least.
  364. (Shiloh)
  365.
  366. Aldrah says, "I know that class was not a big thing, but it's just a beginning, a hook for the next classes, which I will explain more things."
  367.
  368. Aldrah says, "Until then, thanks again for everyone's participation, in case you need anything, I'm always around town, free most of the time."
  369.
  370. Ser Artaghh would nod thoughtfully as he levitated behind Ser Aldrah, patting him firmly on the back with an approving, amiable smile as he gave the knight a thumbs up. "Excellent lesson Ser Aldrah, ye' are a fine teacher of the necromantic arts. Ye' may one day mold the minds of the next generation's Arthur Rowan's wit' yer abilities. Ye' have grown much lad."
  371.
  372. The marshal would give one last resounding pat on the professor's shoulder before turning to levitate idly out of class. He had much to think about, the applications of the lessons had given him a lead on further advancements of the mystic arts. If he could focus spiritual energies around those vital points, perhaps he could successfully apply the unique qualities of the mystic energy to step but half way between realms. Neither truly gone, and therefore perceiving, and yet incapable of harm until the moment the steppe ends. It would be a daunting feat to accomplish, but with such good teachers as Ser Aldrah giving seminars, Artaghh had picked the right city for the task.
  373. (Artaghh)
  374.
  375. Aldrah nods to Chroma and Artaghh and speaks, "Let's go back to town"
  376.
  377. He snaps his fingers and undeads begin to organize the place.
  378.
  379. "The class is complete, until next time." Aldrah nodded.
  380. (Aldrah)
