	Fellow Anons and Citizens of the World, throughout our history, we have evolved with technological and humanitarian advancements. People are now connected to fibers which relay information faster than its predecessors. Predictions expect continual growth if not doubling. Yet, with remarkable technological vicissitudes, emerged an apparatus designed to collect information on all. Established by the National Security Agency of America and gleaned by the other Four Eyes, it has been violating our inalienable rights for privacy. NSA knows too well that it is within the confines of privacy in which creativity and dissent prospers.

	The information exposed to the people details the vast power NSA wields as well as the potential for abuse on a international scale by both benevolent and malevolent rulers alike. Time and time again, they try to justify their overreaching of power by proclaiming it is in response to terrorism, but how can one fight terrorism; when in practice strips the people of their right to think? Is that not also terrorism?

	An organisation cannot claim to be protecting us from terrorism while shrouding itself in secrecy and oppressing dissent and whistle-blowers by means of execution or imprisonment. History and research has proven that fear of imprisonment or execution breeds conformism. Such acts warrant us to question if we are on the  precipice toward Tyranny. In this day in age, it is not enough to ask if the elected, chosen by the people, bought by the corporations,  are upholding their oaths. We must unite together under one cause, for strength lies not only in how many of us but how united we are.

	New York City was recently a witness to one of the biggest demonstrations for Global Warming, totaling over 300 000 people. The  massive outcome incited a reaction from the President of America. On the other side of the globe, in Hong Kong, they were thousands of students assembling in hopes to have their first democratic vote count in 2017. The media has dubbed it as the "Polite Protest" for the way the occupiers are took care of each other,their countrymen and even the police officers. Some days ago, Canadians were witness to tragic events which prompted Prime Minister Harper to pass a law, rejected twice in the past by 70 percent of Canadians for its outright over reach of power. Furthermore, he seized the opportunity of fear to hurry Anti-Terrorism regulation  that forbids "some" free speech and enables law enforcement agencies to  arrest anyone who they deem as "terrorist". They have classified the embodiment of Anonymous, both in its physical form and ideological as "Domestic Terrorism."

	The International Millions Mask March is today, the 5th of November. For too long governments have tried to suppress uprisings by employing fear-mongering tactics designed to make us resent one another. Today, one must remember to come prepared, for there will be those whose sole role will be oppressing voices of opposition. Those people are the police officers, whose salaries come directly from our pockets. Be prepared for them to be arming themselves with weapons of war.

	Anonymous does not condone violence during marches. It is true that Police will try to incite reactions by the use of tear gas, high-frequency noise emitters, rubber bullets and assault. We must remember to remain together and united, for that is  what the world will see and remember. This is the People's Insurrection, while many of us will be protesting against our own government's misdeeds and not the NSA/CGHQ/CSIC/ASIO/GCSB, we must find solace in the knowledge that there are others with the same hope for change. Be Safe Brothers and Sisters. We are Anonymous. We do not forget. We do not Forgive. You should have expected us. We are Legion.
