- yes I would be willing to do training courses

In your own words, why should we choose you as a squad leader?

- to have more squad leaders ....to coordinate with the armor and air squad to take over points vs the enemy.... To lead those who need a leader when no one in on or if in needing a break where I can take over the squad for the last squad leader....to dedicate my time into learning the best ways of take over and to master each and every infantry class

Please note that being a "candidate" is no guarantee that you will be chosen as an official squad leader. However, what it DOES mean is that you should start leading squads as often as possible because as of right now, you are being evaluated by our current officers. If we notice that you are running squads often, getting positive feedback and most importantly - getting good RESULTS, we will go ahead and make things official.
