Fusion-X's Merged Modes (Weakest to Strongest, Speed) Part 2

The Higher the tier the more points the mode will get in the scaling (tier 11-C equal 1 point while tier 11-B equal 2 points, and so on).

Speed Scaling will include abilities that enhance the mode's speed.

Before the scaling begin, let's explain different types of speed:
1. Attack Speed where it scale the speed of an attack.
2. Combat Speed on how fast one can throw strikes during a fight.
3. Reaction Speed where how fast a character is able to react from an incoming attack such as bullets of lasers.
4. Perception Speed where how fast a character is able to see a event or reaction.
5. Travel Speed where how fast one can travel.
6. Flight Speed where how fast ne can travel (via flight).

Below Average Human (able to move slower than the average human) 0 to 11 MPH.

Average Human (able to move at the speed of an average human) 11 to 17 MPH.

Athletic Human (able to move better than an average human, namely being as fast as athletes) 17 to 22 MPH.

Peak Human (able to move faster than most humans) 22 to 27 MPH (the speed of the fastest man Usain Bolt reaching 27 MPH).

Superhuman (able to move faster than any humans) 27 to 76 MPH (such as a cheetah running at 70 MPH).

Subsonic (able to reach speed that is faster than a human eye) 76 to 383 MPH (such as a peregrine falcon diving at 242 MPH).

Subsonic+ able to reach 383 to 690 MPH (such as the speed of an Cessna Citation X+, the fastest personal aircraft at 600 MPH).

Transonic: able to reach 690 to 843 MPH (such as the Bloodhound LSR reaching up to 800 MPH in 38 seconds).
