  1. Few are known throughout the world for their wealth. Fewer still are known for their talent. And even fewer still than that are known by name. The Morgan family, made of the Father, Thomas, the mother, Cereza, and a daughter, Ezmerelda. However, she prefers to be known as “Ezzie” to her friends. Ezzie, the scamp that she is, is known for her usage of magic, especially with how she controls the fires of the Fel. However, before she was known by her prowess, she was known for being somewhat of a hermit in the family.
  2. Growing up in the Kingdom of Gilneas, people were safe, comfortable, and downright reclusive at times. Thankfully, during her reclusiveness, Ezzie happened to find a friend in the child of the Mackay family, Gideon. The two had known each other since childhood, and since then have become nearly inseparable. However, that is no excuse to live your life with reckless abandon.
  3. The kingdom itself was soon to be under attack. Worgen, those cursed beings that they are, were assaulting the gates, walls, and even the castle, causing the citizens to flee, or die trying. Ezzie and her friend Gideon just so happened to get caught up in the crossfire, of sorts, and were attacked by a mongrel of a Worgen. Cursed by those strikes and thrust out of their homes, the two of them (now Worgen themselves) lost their senses, and with it, their sanity. Clearly, something was to be done with them.
  4. The two of them, after caring for their wounds as best they could, found themselves changing and shifting into the very Worgen that they had abhorred. Their minds were gone, and their instincts were running like wild feral animals. Only after the townspeople had rounded up these feral beasts did they administer a cure for such an insanity. Gideon and Ezzie’s minds were finally returned to them, their eyes laying on each other’s canine-esque forms. Time and time again, they would find themselves shifting and changing form at the drop of a hat. Sometimes, they welcomed it, other times, they absolutely loathed every single millisecond of their transformations. A question rang at the back of their minds - “Would they find their homes and rebuild from the burned husks?”
  5. Even if they wanted to, they couldn’t, because there wasn’t even a single burned-out husk of a home left. After the Worgen had done their toll on the city, another force had gotten its way in and had left the entire city charred to ash and dust: the Forsaken. Undead monsters that want to take over all of creation. They had taken down every single remnant of the city, walls, homes, and castle included, and dashed it to the ground like a broken-up mud hut. Ezzie and Gideon had lost the only home that they had known, and seen the remnants of such atrocities.
  6. Thankfully, the two of them weren’t without shelter. The Elves of Darnassus had extended their figurative olive branch to them, allowing them to stay for as long as they had needed. Of course, the two of them accepted with as good a grace as they could. During her time in Darnassus, however, Ezzie had never found her parents. Most likely, and most unfortunately, she would have to go on without them. Thankfully, she still had Gideon, or “Giddy”, as she liked to call him at times.
  7. In the twenty-some-odd years they had known each other, Ezzie had found herself growing attached to him. Thinking it would be a good idea to start over, the two of them made their way towards the Kingdom of Stormwind, and during the trip, Ezzie confessed. Gideon, confused and scared by her confession denied her feelings, and by the end of it all, Ezzie had decided to wander for the while. After all, she had essentially hit rock bottom at this point.
  8. In her travels, however, she had met a gnome. His name, like all gnomish names, was absolutely hilarious: Spackle Frazzlesprocket. This gnome was wielding power and magic like Ezzie had never seen before, and of course, Ezzie, being the kind of person that she was, wanted him to teach her everything that he knew. Ezzie had become a Warlock. Through the use of magic, she had found a new companion in the form of an imp, her familiar, Gappy.
  9. The fire that she had conjured through this Fel magic was… warm. Alive. More comfortable than the fire she conjured back in the day. Finding comfort in this fire, she and her master, Mister Frazzlesprocket decided that wandering the plains would be the best idea that they could come up with. And so, the two of them went on, learning more and more about their magic, finding the best in each other, and experimenting with such a demonic power.
  10. Her master had died not long after that, in an experiment gone wrong. He tried to summon one of the Greater demons in the spectrum, and had gotten slaughtered like cattle. She had regretted everything she had done- using the Fel magic, losing her family, losing her only friend, and found that her health had gotten worse and worse over the course of her training… Thankfully, things would get better.
  11. She had found Gideon at some point along the way, and tried her best to reconcile with him. Thankfully, he had gotten over his confusion from the past, and had persuaded her to join the Kestrel company with him. A year later, they had gotten married, even! And now, people were going on adventure after adventure with each other. While she doesn’t forgive herself for the actions she took in the past, things were looking up for her, and hopefully, she could set things right once again. With her husband, magic, and her friends by her side, she was sure that things could get better than the past.
  12. To forget it, though, would be a crime to her, and the ones that she had loved.
