The Right to Fight

Right to Fight is something that is to be asserted and respected. If it's not asserted, it's not given. When it's asserted, it must then be (contractually) returned.

My advice to Right to Fight groups is to cover people's Right to Fight using Vacation and use equivalent tier for over the toppers.
