I believe that I can fulfill the role of manager because I have worked in Management for about 6-7 years and in administration of both private servers,Game Servers,Gaming Communities,Studios doing everything from community management to staff management.
I have worked in management quite often because of that I have enough experience to help and train other staff members when they need help. I can teach the newer staff members everything that need to be taught how to do their job properly, or explain what is expected of them. I will always be around to answer peoples questions and assist staff when a issue or complaint comes up.
I can also do discord management so when something crucial breaks i will be right on it to make sure everything goes smoothly.
No matter how bad the situation is I will always be able to stay calm and respectful in order to provide both Professional & High Quality support to both the staff team and the members, I always stay respectful and unbiased to make sure everyone gets equally treated and handled.
