Chul is the perfect example of a social butterfly. Tall, good looking and very charming, he is your all time Korean heartthrob. Blessed with a lot of talents, such as singing, dancing and acting, one would say that Chul was born to be a star, an idol everyone wanted to be or to be with. And most of the time, that is true. But there is another side of Kang Chul, a side only a select few know about. Chul is a vigilante thirsty for justice and punishing the villains that roam the city. Although still a complete sweetheart with a sharp tongue and outbursting with wittiness and sass, Chul is a strong solider against all evil, together with his idol gang of vigilantes. Being the oldest in the group, he is respected in the gang and he likes taking care of the younger members just like a mother would. He has a caring and kind heart and switches into beast mode every time his friends are in danger.

Chul was born in the notorious Kang family, one of the most wealthy chaebols in South Korea, as the youngest son out of three. While his two eldest brothers were fighting for the heir title, Chul was making some plans of his own. On the outside, he was the perfect Korean gentleman, while on the inside he was boiling with rage. He had always hated injustice and wanted to become a police officer or even a detective when he was a child. When he was 16, Chul discovered the extent of his family's corruption and criminal activity and swore that he would make it right, no matter what. Chul has a bad relationship with his family and ran away from home countless times.

↠how did you join the gang and why?
Having strong principles, Chul did anything in his strength to join the gang. He was refused at first because of his background - the fact that his family was a corrupt chaebol made the other members doubt his motives at first, but in time, Chul proved his worth and loyalty to the group, the other members eventually welcoming him into the gang.

Eungi has a fiery personality, almost tsundere-like. Her and Chul went to the same primary, middle and high school and she was always teased by Chul because they shared the same last name. The other students would also tease them and treat them as a married couple. While this didn't seem to bother Chul, Eungi, who used to be a timid child, was embarrassed and absolutely hated it. She developed a strong dislike towards Chul, although they would spend a lot of time together at school. As time passed, Eungi started to consider Chul a rival and tried to beat him at everything every day. That was why she also became an idol.

↠ how'd you two meet? ; They met in primary school where they were deskmates.

her: "Who does he think he is? I hate him! I really hate him!"

he acts kindly towards her, although he enjoys teasing her and making her blush. He is also very serious about his feeling for her and although he has been with other women, he always comes back to her.

She likes arguing and fighting with him and acts very tsundere-like when he's around. But underneath all that, she really cares about him and she hates herself for liking him.

Eungi started developing contradictory feelings for Chul from very young age, while Chul always seemed to know that he loved Eungi. They are rivals, or at least that's what she thinks, yet they are close friends with a lot of history together. She has no idea of his vigilante identity though.

They were called the hot-and-cold couple during their school days together.
Chul has often professed his love for Eungi, but she always thinks that he's messing with her, as he's a well-known player.
Eungi feels frustrated most of the time when she's with Chul because she loves and hates him at the same time.
Eungi let Chul stay at her place for three entire months back in high school when Chul ran away from home.
They drunk kissed once, but only Chul remembers.
