- Affair: Rest is important
- Hello everyone:
- In recent months the number of employees working overtime has been increasing. I am honored and excited by the level of dedication and passion that motivates this behavior, but they must know that they should not sacrifice their personal lives. This company was created to benefit society, and society includes every one of the members of LumériCo.
- Please take advantage of your paid vacations. You are to use them.
- Regards,
- Guillermo

- It was a pleasure to have them both! I'll talk to Silvia, but I'm sure we can on Friday.
- Give me a few hours to organize the agendas of all and schedule the meeting.
- Thank you.

- Rodrigo:
- Thank you for the wonderful dinner this weekend. Miguel and I would love to return the favor this Friday, if Silvia and you are available.
- We need to ensure that all our employees can schedule relaxing moments like that from time to time. I already talked to Gabriela to reduce overtime in the technology department, but we have to do something with the other departments.
- Please program a meeting with the heads of each section to learn how they believe could encourage the use of paid holidays. I'll send a message to all members of the company to remind them to reap the benefits we offer, but we need to work a little harder to solve this matter.
- Regards,
- Guillermo

- Hello, Guillermo.
- The concert was spectacular! It was worth waiting so long.
- About your question: most people in my structure takes, on average, 67.4 hours of vacation per year. Do you agree with what you used to sense?
- Cordially,
- Gabriela Moyano

- Good morning, Gabriela.
- I hope you enjoy Marco and the concert during the weekend; I know that you waited for it for months.
- One question: how long of a vacation, on average, does each employee take per year?
- Regards,
- Guillermo

- Affair: Golden Celebration
- As you all know, the nuclear plant of Dorado entered service on November 1. It is a very special day for everyone in LumériCo as with activation, we will have completed the vision we had in the beginning when we started LumériCo and we will be assuming the task of providing Mexico a network and infrastructure worldwide. As Dorado is my home, and of course, home to LumériCo, I thought it would be appropriate to commemorate the occasion. As Dorado is my home, and of course, home to LumériCo, I thought it would be appropriate to commemorate the occasion. [T/N: This was repeated in the actual Email] We will be organizing a small celebration with the community in the central square in Market Street and I was pleased that each employee could come accompanied by his family.
- I have no words to express the pride and happiness I feel to have reached this monumental goal. And this win is through the hard work, dedication, and vision of each member of LumériCo.
- With infinite gratitude, Guillermo
