We are looking for Spanish native to teach Spanish .We are a small language school with about 100 students at the moment, teaching all ages from tots, kids and teens to adults. Our main classes are English, Spanish and French; each class being one hour long.

* Help will be needed approx. four hours a day (only during the week). We will provide training and all the support needed.

* We can accommodate 1 or 2 volunteers in our home, which is next door to the school. In exchange for the hours worked - we will provide accommodation and some meals.

We have a small piece of paradise on the island of Florianopolis, our small holding has a vegetable garden and two horses. We are looking for volunteers to help us produce enough food to be self sufficient and to make some sustainable eco friendly changes to the existing property. Care is required for the 2 horses on a daily basis. Weeding and planting the vegetable garden and general maintenance on the land, grass cutting and fence fixing. There is a fully furnished cabin available in exchange for 3 hours of work per day, we are looking for volunteers willing to stay for a minimum of one month.
Florianopolis is a very popular tourist destination and our holding is situated close to a thriving centre and beaches. Public transport is easily accessible. We speak portuguese and english. There is no smoking, no phone but wifi is available.

We are located at the Campeche area neighborhood surrounded by wild nature as well as the best beaches of Florianopolis. Wild monkeys visit us daily and yes we can feed them with bananas. The area is quite peaceful but only 3 minutes walk from the bus stop which takes you everywhere. We are 1,5km away from the beach though a bit further down there is the beach called Riozinho which is one of the most sought after beaches by beautiful, sporty people.
We are not a party hostel but we’ll make sure you feel like home!
Helpers have the option of working in various aereas of our business: at Breakfast,clean, maintaining computer.
