Firstly, I have always really enjoyed helping people within all different communities whether I am staff or not, It gives me a way to make the community happier when I give them all the help that they need whether they are asking something small or big I am always there and ready to help. Becoming staff would help fuel that as people will generally come to staff for help and that means that I will be able to help more players in the community and make their experience more enjoyable, I want to be there to swiftly respond to players and ensure that their questions are answered even if that means I have to talk to them for a while. I would be more than happy to respond to support rooms and on top of that I would actively help people within discord and the forums to provide all the help they require. I would also like to teach new players how to play if they do not know so they can start out with some basic knowledge and get started, my end goal is always to satisfy anyone's needs in any way possible to create a good outlook on myself and the staff team.

On top of helping I really want to create a fun and enjoyable playing environment for all the players on the server by moderating it carefully and always ensuring that rules are followed and if broken, dealt with in a good manner. I would like to be staff so that I can take on more responsibility when it comes to hackers, instead of reporting them, I would like to actually be able to deal with them myself and ensure that they are punished according to the server rules so that players can continue to have fun. This also includes chat, sometimes people are toxic and break chat rules and I will always be watching the chat while I'm on to ensure nothing negative is said that could effect the players online, I especially want to ensure that everyone online stays safe by ensuring that no personal information is spread in chat that can negatively effect the victim as I've personally experienced having my IP spammed in chat and ddosed in the past and It's not good at all so I aim to remove anyone who does that or threatens to do that so no one else has to experience it.

I personally believe that if I become staff I could make an impact on the community and even possibly help it grow, whether it is a noticeable change or not, I would love to be apart of working towards creating and maintaining a great community with fellow staff members. I would love to take on a role of responsibility and provide my skills towards making players happy. I just want to fulfil my goal of becoming staff here on Vortex and I can hopefully achieve that shortly.
