  1. 500g oats
  2. 50g pepitas
  3. 50g walnuts
  4. 50g peanuts
  5. 50g almonds
  6. 3tbsp sesame seeds
  7. pinch of salt
  8. 1tbsp vanilla essence/extract
  9. 2tbsp coconut oil
  10. 125ml sweetener (honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup, etc)

  12. Mix all ingredients together then put on two baking-paper lined oven trays, flattened out to about 20cm thick.

  14. Put into a 150 degree C fan-forced oven for around an hour. Take out once golden brown but not burnt. Let cook on bench then pour in cereal container. Should be fine to store for over a month.
