All* punishments (bans, mutes, ip bans, ip mutes, warnings) are being forgiven on the launch of this update, with a few minor exclusions. Players banned for charging back will not be allowed back on the server until they've paid off their debt to us - the purchase price, plus 5%. If we won your chargeback, you only have to pay the 5%. If you are banned for charging back, and your chargeback is still open, you can avoid this fee by manually closing it in our favor. Remember, we do, on some rare occasions allow for refunds, but charging back will ALWAYS get you banned! If you have a refund request, email <INSERT> with the title "Refund Request", and be sure to include your username(s), your transaction ID(s) (if applicable), the date of the purchase or purchases, and the amount of the purchase or purchases.
