Owls and a Fool Chapter I Part III
>You both remember that fateful day
>A crowd of imps huddles around a young Octavia, etching closer to the stage step by step
>You watch from the back, hopeless to do anything as she is right in front of Robo Fizz
>His distorted laughing and ominous stare makes her start to cry
>You continue to stare as the scene unfolds, holding back tears of worry
>An imp in a clown costume is seen in the back, with a balloon stand behind him
>He watches Robo Fizz in a dejected, irritated look
>”I hate that fucking clown”
>They jinxed
>That was your thing
>YOURS
>You type “Don’t let the ice cream swirl lookin-ass steal your bond with Ock” in your Reminder app
>Afterwards, you let out a small groan of annoyance
>You and Ock take a big, deep breath in and continue onwards towards the circus entrance
>As you’re about to go in, you notice a flyer on the fridge nearby full of vandalism
>OVERLORD “CORENTIN” MISSING
>Huh? Since when does an overlord go missing?
>You stare at the paper, intrigued about the situation
>I wonder where he is right now
>Probably dead or some sht
>Stolas notices you staring at the paper and quickly yanks you inside the circus, not wanting you to fall behind
>You grimace at the setting before you as more wretched memories come flooding back
>As the four of you settle down, your heart starts beating faster with a gripping anxiety
>”Hey implings, it’s me! The robotic Fizzarolli! Shipped from Big Ozzie’s factory to bring you a wonderful show celebrating Loo Loo Land spelled with O’s to avoid lawsuits. Hit it!”
>The song starts, and you watch him and his “friends” perform
>You observe with an evil aura surrounding you
>You can hear Robo Fizz traumatizing you from the inside, despite having those words never spoken to you
>Heavy breathing starts, and you’re also sweating
>You’re near hyperventilating as the thought of the clown invades your soul

>An ear shredding sniper shot brings you out of your near psychotic episode
>Blitzo shot at another assassin imp
>The rest of the crowd flees in a panic
>”My, what good aim you have, Blitzy…”
>Ock finally loses it and storms off
>“Ugh, I can’t do this anymore!”
>Stolas calls out to Octavia, running after her and leaving the circus
>Meanwhile, you stay in your seat in shock from the events that happened in the last 10 seconds
>”Is that Blitzo my sensors spot up there? I guess the kiddies are still-“
>He stops what he’s saying as you come into his field of vision
>Your heart stops

>”My, my… I see you’ve made a new friend, Blitzo!”

This is where the story is going to derive itself more into its own thing. Yeah, I know I fked up the timeline of events. Though it isn't supposed to 100% follow the original, so I suppose it doesn't matter too much.

>A chill runs down your spine as he says your name and stares into your soul
>You should’ve known he would recognize you, given your appearance and relationship with your family
>“It looks like your “sister” left you behind like you did the last time you were here! HAHAHA!”
>His stuttering makes him a pain in the ass to listen to
>His joke also struck a nerve, you can’t even count how many “you’re adopted” jokes have been thrown at you
>But the quotations around “sister” really hit hard, despite being adopted you would not treat each other any differently
>You saw each other as family, no matter what
>Blitzo begins to interject
>”Leave the kid alone, metal dck, and the O is silent now!”
>Metal dck immediately retorts
>”Aw, just like your audience always was when you told your lazy jokes here!”
>You’re not gonna put up with this gay sht, not today, so you speak up
>”At least now he has a family that loves him, you’re only seen as a few minutes worth of entertainment, only to become a distant memory right after they leave your stupid show!”

>Blitzo quickly taps your shoulder, allowing you to ignore the ominous question
>”Okay, on my signal, we’re gonna destroy this btch, you and I. If he starts going after you, let me distract him and you can go check on the others”
>You can barely comprehend him with how fast he says it
>You reach for the inner part of your jacket, praying that you left your weapon in there and not store it back
>It’s still there
>Thank the royals
>It’s a Ruger Mark IV, while the bullets are small, the gun itself along with the attachments you’ve given it make it very accurate
>You and Blitzo smile at each other, quickly pointing your weapons at Fizz.
>”Dance, BTCH!”
