- Stamina increases Carry Weight by 10
- Power Attacks now require at least 30 Stamina
- Armor and Magic Resistance cap set to 100%, immunity is possible if values reach 100
- Lesser Powers no longer have a cool down
- Health, Magicka, and Stamina do not suffer a regen penalty in combat
- Rested bonuses increase bartering instead of XP gain
- Auto-reload on death to 10 seconds
- Jump height increased by 75%
- Sprinting doesn't cost Stamina
- Hair colors tweaked
- All hairstyles available to the player of any race (clipping and repeats can't be avoided or fixed)
- Players with waterbreathing should no longer gasp for air when emerging
- Almost all enemies now immediately ragdoll upon death*
- NPC mages need more magicka to cast spells, closer to player's costs
- Merchants respawn every day, areas every two days, and cleared areas every week
- Khajiit Caravan Merchants and the Dremora Merchant will now buy stolen items
- All Skillbooks show what skill they increase in their name
- All player horses are faster, invincible, have infinite Stamina, and won't fight
- All follower dogs are slightly buffed. Meeko and Vigilance are essential
- Woodcutter's Axe and all Pickaxes weigh half as much, and Picks are faster
- Human, Troll, and Bone Hawk skulls can be ground for Bone Meal
- Ore can now be mined with your bare hands (or with Flames, Frostbite, or Sparks)
- Unique rewards are unleveled
- Treasure Map chests contain much more loot
- Warden's Chest in Helgen contains more starting equipment
- Dead Mage in Helgen has boots (Yes, this bothered me)
- Quest markers for the Stones of Barenziah and Jiub's Opus pages
- Various markers for some points of interest
- Pickpocket max chance up to 100%
- Train up to 999 times a level
- Torches last forever, are slightly brighter, and have a 50% increased radius. Torch bashing is slightly stronger
- Candle/Magelight casts the same light as a torch
- Almost all named NPCs are protected, keeping them from being killed by random enemies
- The Courier, Hadvar, Irileth, most Jarls, Olava the Feeble, Ralof, and Saadia have different equipment
- Faendal and Sven are protected, don't report crimes, and are very slightly buffed
- Eorlund Gray-Mane now sells a complete set of Skyforge weapons & armor. Armor has the defense of Steel Plate, Weapons have the damage of Elven
- Housecarls are buffed and start with Hold-specific chest armor
- Ebony Warrior is somewhat buffed, but no longer has Reflect Blows
- Arrows/bolts fly faster and farther
- Potions that Fortify Barter, Enchanting, or Smithing last for 5 minutes
- Dual-casting changed to 2.5x power for 2.5x cost
- Being struck by fire magic shouldn't blind you as much in first person
- Many changes to shouts
- Dragon Drain Vitality shouts can be resisted/absorbed, NPCs should no longer have Disarm
- Player Vampires don't suffer from sunlight, are buffed. Player Werewolves also buffed.
- Night Eye effects last almost forever, can be toggled off
- Shrine Blessings last almost forever, and weaker blessings are buffed
- Player is immune to killmoves, magic/ranged moves won't trigger
- Heartbeat sound effect is removed
- Solstheim music will play in Skyrim
- Followers won't ready their weapons out of combat, NPCs won't drop weapons on death
- Jorrvaskr should only spawn Iron, Steel, or Skyforge Steel
- Lurkers and Seekers drop Daedra Hearts
- Vampires can't attack towns (In case something reintroduces this)
- Animals can't report crimes, crime radius lowered
- Several on-screen messages removed
- The Aetherial Staff and Shield no longer cost the Aetherium Crest to create, but must be crafted before the Crown (to avoid breaking the quest)
- Kolskeggr Mine and Treva's Watch have more corpses
- Angi's Bow, Bloodthorn, Bow of the Stag Prince, Charmed Necklace, Sanguine Rose, Trollsbane, Wabbajack, Woodsman's Friend, and Zephyr are reworked, Dark Brotherhood gloves can be disenchanted
- Silver weapons also gain a bonus against Werebears and Daedra
- Stalhrim gear doesn't need a quest to be completed for crafting
- Recipes for rare armor/weapon sets at different tiers of smithing perks
- Recipes for Armored Circlets, Dragon Priest Circlets, and other miscellaneous clothing/jewelry
- Tempering qualities represented by +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, and +6
- Certain Misc Items that serve no purpose can no longer be picked up
- Misc Items used in smithing weigh half as much. Gems weigh nothing
- Go to Anise's Cabin for all vanilla spells, enchantments and standing stones.
- Cheat items spawn in inventory upon first load**
- With a "Token of Shaping" in your inventory, got to a Cooking Pot for: Ammo, Ingredients, Materials, Atronach Forge Materials, Cheat Items

- *Warning: Due to this change, when Alduin knocks you over in the opening, you may not be able to stand up, locking the game. Use one of lbgshi's great Alternate/Quick Start mods to avoid this.
