- When I check the tracking info for my order it says "Clearance delay - Import A statement is required from the consignee unless the consignee authorizes the shipper to complete and include the toxic substance statement on their behalf. Indianapolis, IN" I would like to just cncel the order and have it refunded please. The order number is RZUSPP1000000722290

- I can just order the headset on amazon and have it quicker than you will even though i'll be ordering it a full week later

- I see. I understand, Aaron. Please be advised that the best we can do here is to have you refuse the delivery, Aaron. As the product has already been shipped. Or you may also reach out to FedEx to have the package delivered back to our warehouse, instead.

- Once our warehouse has received the returned item, please allow our system to manually receive the item within 1-2 business days. As soon as our system marked the returned item as received into the system it should take 2-3 business days for the refund to be successfully processed from our end.

- On that note, please understand that it may take up to 18 business days for the refund to be reflected back to your account. This will depend on the billing cycle of your bank and the payment method that you used. If it goes beyond that, please contact your bank for further validation, Aaron.

- FedEx says they need a toxic substance statement from either me or your company
- And sure cant fly to Alaska to give them one

- The information that was necessary for your package to be release from clearance delay in Indiana has already been forwarded by our Order Management Team to FedEx, Aaron.
- Then how long will I have to wait for it to be delivered?

- As I check here, the order is now in Indiana, Aaron. We will reach out to our Order Management Team for the real-time status of your order. You may also try and check it with FedEx if they already have an estimated delivery of your package.
