Hey Turbo, I have got a suggestion that will make the forums a more professional place.

In my opinion, player reports and player appeals should become private and only access will be given to Mods and above. There's quiet no reason for players to be able to see player reports other than public shame them/start a war between themselves.

Basically, if needed to get another side of the player's report, we'll get in touch with them via forum DMs as that's also a proper, clean way to contact them for their side and use the report replies for team's decisions.

In my opinion, the report a player format should be made like this:

In-Game Name:
Your in-game name.

Name of the people you are reporting:
The rule violator(s) name.

Reason:
What the rule violator(s) have done to break the rules.

Evidence:
Screenshots and/or videos of the rule violator(s) breaking the rules.

Describe the Incident:
Explain in your own words what happened.

In my opinion, the ban appeals format should be made like this:

In-game name:

Steam ID:
Your SteamID64. (Use google if you don't
Date of Ban REQUIRED

dd/mm/yyyy
Who banned you? REQUIRED
Ban Message REQUIRED
Which one of our servers were you banned from? REQUIRED

Please explain in your own words why you think you were banned? REQUIRED
Please explain the rule you have broken in your own words to assure us that you understand the rule clearly REQUIRED
Why should you be unbanned? REQUIRED
