Temtem experience mechanics

Experience = (species_base * target_level * (30 - level_difference) * tamer_modifier) / (14 * split)
tamer_modifier = 1.5 if fighting a tamer, 1.0 if untamed
split = Number of tems gaining experience. For example, if 3 tems contributed, then split = 3.
level_difference = your_level - target_level.
  - If level_difference is negative, then set it to 0.
  - If level_difference >= 30, then set it to 29? Not sure on this one.
Experience is rounded down.

Example calculation:
  - You have two temtem which contribute, their levels are 33 and 34, and you defeat a level 26 Magmis while fighting a tamer.
  - tamer_modifier = 1.5, split = 2, species_base = 10, target_level = 26
  - The level 33 has level_difference = 7, so experience = (10 * 26 * 23 * 1.5) / (14 * 2) which rounds down to 320.
  - The level 34 has level_difference = 8, so experience = (10 * 26 * 22 * 1.5) / (14 * 2) which rounds down to 306.
