1. What is your ROBLOX username? *

my roblox username is BigGlockRRP, but I will be using Cooldad2012 for the police department account if I am accepted.

my discord is BigGlockRRP #1852 i am currently in the RRP discord, NBPD discord, LGH discord.
3. How long have you been playing Realistic Roleplay? *

I've been playing Realistic Roleplay since RRP1 came out. But, I took a break, came back in December 2016, a few months after RRP2 came out. To this day I play RRP almost every day.
4. Why do you want to join the New Bloxton Police Department? *

I want to join the New Bloxton Police Department because I noticed the fluctuation in crime and no officers to respond to this threat. My old patrol partner, Alike911(AlikeVonBlochlinger) has got back on the force, and told me how great it was and how crime is significantly worse, so I took and interest and wrote this application.
5. Why should we consider you for the job over everyone else? *

As I've mentioned in question 6, I have prior police experience. I'm familiar with the equipment, know more than basics of roleplaying. I've experienced both sides of Realistic Roleplay, the legal side, and the gang side. I have my fair share of experience, and I wish to utilize it as an asset towards New Bloxton Police Department.
6. What relevant policing experiences have you had in, or outside of Realistic Roleplay 2? *

I was a police officer in RRP1 (no gamepass) and RRP2. Served for a month or two in RRP1, served a couple months in RRP2, about 3-4.
7. Have you ever been banned at Realistic Roleplay 2? If so, why? *

I was banned a long time ago for killing a correctional officer with a knife, I was labeled on the trello for Cop Fear
8. Have you ever been dishonorably discharged from any department within New Bloxton? If so, why? *

I was dishonorably discharged from the NBPD quite a while ago, for random killing a noob off duty with a licensed firearm. If I am re accepted, I'll think about the consequences and instead teach the noob so he and I can have a better roleplay experience
9. Please explain the following rules and terms: NLR, VDM, FRP, RK, DM, Powergaming, Metagaming. *

New Life rule is killing someone after they've killed you, or knowing info before you died, applying that in your life after respawning. VDM is Vehicle Death Match, where you intentionally kill a player with your vehicle, most likely for a random reason, like trolling. Fail roleplay is a very vague term, as it culd be NLR, VDM, FRP, RK, DM. Fail roleplaying is like roleplaying you are a cop, when you arent a cop. RK is random killing, as I've mentioned previously in VDM, it's intentionally killing a player for no good reason, or a not strong enough reason. Powergaming is unrealistically roleplaying your characters actions, like being a normal person, and throwing a car, acting like Hulk, when you couldn't do that in real life. Metagaming is taking out of character information in character. NLR is considered metagaming.
10. What command is used to roleplay actions in Realistic Roleplay 2? Give an example of how you would do so along with your answer. *

You would use /me to roleplay your actions in RRP, an example would be opening a door, /me I would grasp the handle of the door, swinging it open
11. Who is the New Bloxton Police Department Commissioner? *

the current NBPD comm is Fattybakn. I do not know his IC name.
12. How many Platoons are there currently? *

There are five platoons currently.
13. How would you roleplay the following tools: Handgun, Handcuffs, Police Baton, Shotgun, Taser. *

14. Explain how an arrest should be roleplayed, give full detail in your answer including all roleplay actions. *

I would make sure he was pinned on the wall, taking out my handcuffs, I would monitor my surroundings incase a buddy of the suspect attempted to attack me. If I had a partner, I would him to control the crowd, I would focus on arresting the suspect. I would take out my handcuffs RP'ly, I'd grab his wrists, latching the cuffs onto them, locking the cuffs, reading him his rights, telling him what he was under arrest for, radioing in RP'ly for a pickup so he can be transported to the station to be processed.
15. When should you, as an NBPD officer, use the handcuff tool to give someone more time than what they should actually get? *
If I see them FRP in game
If they kill me and I want to get back at them
Only if they RK police officers

16. What rank is permitted to use a Remington and the Battering Ram? *

A Sergeant+ is permitted to use a battering ram and the Remington. FBI and ERT can use this as well.
17. Please explain what the Miranda Rights are, and summarize them. When should you read them? *

A Miranda warning is a list of rights that law enforcement read to people in the US when they they are being questioned by the police or arrested.
First off, it starts with the officer explaining anything the suspect says or does can be used against you. Then the officer will explain the suspect has a right to an attorney, if they cannot afford one, the state will appoint an attorney to you if they are avaliable.
The officer will then ask the suspect if the suspect comprehends the Miranda Rights.
18. What is the correct course of action if you witness a man with a gun by his side in the street, whilst you are on duty? *

I would approach him with caution, hand on my handgun holster, asking him for a permit.  if he refuses to show me a firearm permit, I ask again, if he tries to walk away I'd withdraw my firearm, if he turned around, or pointed the gun up in any way, I'd attempt to down him, or shoot him dead. Most likely avg suspects will shoot you if you down them. I'd make sure no civilians were in the way. If he didnt shoot and was downed, I'd come up to him, kicking the gun out of his hand using roleplay. I'd ask OOC (S/F?) if he replied S I'd tell him OOC to drop the firearm and let me pick it up RP'ly. I'd perform an arrest. If there was an officer in the server but not with me, I'd RP'ly call him via radio.

19. If you see a man with an AK-47 opening fire in the street whilst you are on duty, what do you do? *

I'd roleplay my firearm, yelling NBPD, giving him a couple seconds to react. If he continued firing, or readjusted his aim to me, I'd shoot him dead to neutralize the threat as quickly as possible. After that, I'd call it in on the radio RP'ly.
20. What is the difference between Lethal and Non-Lethal force? When should each be used? Give an example situation for each. *

Lethal force is using deadly force, which can end another persons life. An example would be if someone is shooting at you, and you shoot at them and they die, that would be considered lethal force. Non Lethal Force is the opposite, which is using less force or blunt weapons to subdue a suspect. If you use a billy club or a taser on a suspect, thats considered non lethal force. If you use a handgun or any firearm and shoot to kill, that would be considered lethal force.
