It had been several months since Luna got her hands on "Muramasa". During the past several months, Luna trained as well as took care of her family. Luna had heard rumors concerning some Magi attacking people in Bygone Grove. Desiring to end the threat to civilians, Luna decided to investigate and take the threat out as well as possibly continue her training in Necromancy. Luna would take Nito with her.

After taking a Ferry to New Alteros with her Skeleton child, Luna bought supplies in the marketplace and headed for Bygone Grove. After a day's travel, they came to a cliff overlooking the forest below. Standin on the cliff was a Human in Crimson colored robes. Purplish-black flames surrounded the Mage.

Shadow Fire Mage, Luna thought. The ground around the Shadow Fire Mage was scorched.

"Nito, let's take care of this man" Luna said to her Undead. The Mage turned to them, wielding a Magispear, Noctis.

"All of it will burn. Down with New Alteros and Ryan Kyros" The Shadow Mage said. Luna concentrated and cast "Transcendance". Abruptly, strong Temporal energies swirled around her in an aura. Luna unsheathed "Muramasa" and got into a defensive stance.

"You will die this day" Luna said. Luna had zero qualms with killing Evil people. That was pretty much the type of people she killed when she had to kill.

"First, I will kill the being next to you. Powerful waves of depravity. While i can't see their face, they give off the strength of depravity as one of Kyros's Undead' The Shadow Mage said and raised his Staff; pointing at Nito. Shadow Fire balls shot out of the Staff and struck Nito.

Luna glared at the Occultist. Luna charged the Mage and swung "Muramasa" horizontally; slashing the Mage's chest. Blood splattered and the Mage screamed in pain. Luna jumped back and got into a defensive stance.

It had been several months since Nito had won Yami Ga Utsukushi, and with two Katanas he had the idea of trying to use both at the same time, something he called Nito-Ryu, a two-sword technique, using Kaze on Ken And Yami Ga Usukushi together, but Yami Ga was too heavy for Nito, so he spent those months training.

Now in the forest with Luna, they found another wizard, who was apparently attacking people near New Alteros, a new battle had begun, perfect time to see their results with Nito-Ryu training.

After seeing his master's attack, Nito would not stand still, and then advancing to the mage quickly, trying to make a vertical cut against the mage, the weight of Yami Ga Usukushi causes Nito to lose some balance and miss the Attack, then moving away before the Mage attacked.

Luna watched as Nito tried attacking the Shadow Flame Mage with his Katana and watched as Nito missed due to the weight of the blade.

"You will improve, I have faith" Luna said to Nito.

"Damn both of you" the Shadow Flame Mage said. The Shadow Flame pointed his Staff at Nito. Nito was swift, so he could take the Mage with the opening the Mage accidentally made. Whatever happened counterattack wise, the Shadow Flame Mage was injured severely and screamed in agony.

Luna charged the Mage and cast "Time's Slow", slowing the Mage's speed in time. Luna swung her blade horizontally and cut the Mage in half with one fluid motion of her blade. The Mage fell to the ground in two seperate pieces; a thick pool of blood forming underneath the Occultist. The Occultist screamed in agony.

"He did try to injure you Nito; you can finish him if you wish" Luna said to Nito. It wasn't a command.

Luna listened as Nito spoke and nodded. In truth she mastered Time Magic completely and was a full "Time Wizard" at age four. She was skilled and was a veritable one man army, they just had bad luck on their first adventure together.

Luna noted what Nito did. Nito was very honorable. He was probably a Samurai in his former life, that would explain why he liked Katanas.  Luna couldn't concentrated enough to use her time magic to reverse Nito's injuries in a heartbeat. Nito did have healing magic and so could heal himself. Besides, he was also Undead so she didn't have to worry about him, that being said, she didn't consider Nito expendable. He was part of her family, more or less.

Right, she had little time left. Luna would stitch the body up using her knowledge of battlefield Medicine. She would then set the body on a flat surface on the scorched earth which was as hard as stone.

Luna took out a paint bucket and a jar of paint and poured it in the bucket. She took out a fine brush and wrote the runes for  "corpus", "animo", "anima mea", "liga" runes in a runic circle.


She channeled her mana throughout her body and into her hand and channeled her mana into the corpse's mana circuits; charging them. She then channeled her mana into the runes and charged them as well. She then chanted the Necromancer chant.

"Corporis atque defunctis vitam dabo. Spiritus alligant ad Azrahel pro desiderio corporum. Surrecturus denuo!" she chanted and failed. Luna used her "Time Magic" to undo what she had done. She charged the corpse's mana circuits with her mana and charged the runes of the runic circle with her mana. She then chanted the Necromancer's chant again.


"Corporis atque defunctis vitam dabo. Spiritus alligant ad Azrahel pro desiderio corporum. Surrecturus denuo!" she chanted and once more failed.

Determined, Luna used her Time Magic to reverse what she had done, undoing it in time. She charged the corpse's mana circuits with her mana and charged the runes of the runic circle with her mana. She then chanted the Necromancer's chant once more.

"Corporis atque defunctis vitam dabo. Spiritus alligant ad Azrahel pro desiderio corporum. Surrecturus denuo!" she chanted and succeeded. The body rose up from the ground and gazed around it and then turned it's attention to Luna and Nito.

"You both killed me. Why did you bring me back, Master?" The Undead asked Luna. Luna had succeeded in raising the Undead with it's original soul intact. She was getting closer to her goal of complete mastery of Necromancy.

"Simple, to further my training in Necromancy. Now that I brought you back, I will kill you. You did attack people and are an Occultist and so deserving of the justice I bring upon you" Luna said and walked over to the Undead and cast "Time's Wrath:Decay"; increasing her mana into the spell.

Suddenly, three spheres of Temporal energy appeared around Luna. The Temporal energies emenating from the spheres struck the Undead. After several seconds, there was nothing left but a pile of fine ash.Several seconds later, the time spell dispelled and the spheres vanished. Luna picked up the Staff the Mage had wielded and handed it to Nito.

"You got the kill, these are your spoils. Keep it if you want or sell it. Entirely up to you" Luna said. Luna did give her Undead independence. They could do what they wanted as long as they helped protect hre family, but when she needed their help, they would assist her.
