  1. Name: Sake
  2. Gender: Female
  3. Sexuality: Lesbian
  4.
  5. Sake was born in a family of rabbits. Being the only female sibling of four children, her three older brothers would often tease and bully her. Annoying games soon turned to vicious, cruel games that left Sake battered and bruised. Tufts of fur would go flying, blunt teeth would sink into her skin and leave multitudes of scars along her body. In spite of the physical bullying and how battered she became after the abuse, in spite of Sake trying to convince her parents to do something about it, her parents ignored her pleas for help.
  6.
  7. Sake decided that if her parents would do nothing about the abuse, she would be better on her own. Without being missed, Sake slipped away into the night on her 13th birthday, refusing to look back on the family that - in her mind - had already abandoned her.
  8.
  9. After some time living on her own, Sake was captured by a human trap. Hungry and scavenging the forest had dulled her senses, driving her to get food wherever she could. The humans that had captured her took her to a science facility, where many other forest creatures had been captured so that the lab could test their concoctions on both mundane lab animals bred for this purpose - as well as see how feral, wild-caught creatures would react.
  10.
  11. As time went on in the facility, Sake learned that they were trying to create weapons out of prey animals - trying to convert the normally-harmless creatures into something more deadly so that they could be used for war. The enemy would never expect sweet, fluffy rabbit to gnaw at them with razor-sharp teeth, nor be trained specifically for combat.. It was a crazy idea, butt he people who worked on it were working 'miracles'.
  12.
  13. Sake did not react as expected - instead of becoming just a creature with heightened intelligence and strength, Sake's body half-shifted. Her dna rewrote itself so that specific pigment for half of her body was controlled separately. Instead of the dark purple-black hue that her body had once been entirely comprised of, Sake's other side shifted to a pale cream; her flesh became red. Even her eye shifted to a bright blue.
  14.
  15. Unfortunately for the scientists, that was not the only thing that happened to Sake. As they continued to experiment on her, she gained powers. Physically her muscles strengthened and her intelligence increased; Sake's once gentle and kind personality became corrupt, skewing in favor of feeling no empathy or compassion for anyone - shadows enveloped her and allowed her to control the darkness around her, phasing in and out of sight, wielding it to create illusions that distracted the guards and scientists that worked on her.
  16.
  17. Sake's teeth and claws became sharp, hardened by the chemicals they had used on her.. and, when she saw her chance, Sake murdered the scientists that had tormented her for so long. She wrapped herself in shadow and killed them off one-by-one [did she have any help from other animals in the facility?], using the 'gifts' they had given her to seek revenge.
  18.
  19. Dark thoughts slipped in and out of her mind; pushing her powers to almost have a mind of their own. In spite of their overpowering nature, Sake pulled them to her will. She unlocked the cages of the other animals caught at the facility, knowing it would make leaving the facility easier with all the chaos about to break loose with the freedom of other mutated creatures.
  20.
  21. After escaping, Sake fled into the woods and tried to make another home for herself. She was able to protect herself and forage better with her newfound gifts, but due to the emotional abuse and aftermath caused by being experimented on and abused by the scientists, Sake did not have much want to look for other creatures or socialize.. She didn't want to be hurt again, and didn't want to fall into traps laid by scientists who wanted to recoup the loss of the animals they tested upon.
  22.
  23. Primarily due to Sake's abuse at the hands of her family and the scientists, Sake does not have much trust or faith in other people or creatures. At times, Sake has gone so far as to lash out violently at anyone or anything that looks as if it may pose a threat against her.
  24.
  25. Even the doe that Sake met and is slowly falling in love with has been kept at an emotional - Sake preferring to deal with her emotions on her own and keep them locked away. Due to this, Sake broods a lot at times or disappears for hours at a time, only showing up again when the feelings have passed.
