How are you accomplishing this impressive feat of frogness?
There is a Game Genie (OUKXGLIE to be exact) that tells the game that Mario is always wearing a frog suit. Because of this, there is an added benefit/drawback (depending on how you want to look at it) that Mario is basically invincible. You can still fall off levels, be eaten by Big Bertha, or die to lava however.

So if you're invincible, what's the point?
Frog% is not a "serious" category, it's something done purely for the entertainment factor it brings to runners and viewers.

Why did you grab that shell?
Grabbing shells is the only way for Frog Mario to obtain P-Speed. P-Speed is fast, you're trying to finish the game fast...

You're Frog Mario, yet you're not leaping for the wands... why?
It's actually a little bit faster to stay on the ground and let the wand fall to you, since the wand falls faster than Mario does.

Chat keeps talking about Triple Star HYPE, yet you keep disappointing them, do you hate us?
Again this is for saving time. Getting all 3 star cards (or flower or mushroom for that matter) causes a whole bunch of unnecessary fanfare, so getting at least one mismatch avoids this. Chat just likes to troll about it since it's a lot harder to control what card you get as opposed to regular Mario 3 runs.

Why are you only going to World 5?
There are levels in Worlds 6, 7, and 8 that are all impossible for Frog Mario to complete. World 5 also just feels like a good ending point for the run. There is a way for Frog Mario to get all the way to and through Bowser's Castle, but we don't talk about that...

What's all this Hammer Brother and Early Hammer talk about?
There are three items needed from Hammer Brothers to skip some auto-scrolling levels and a long fortress: 1 Hammer and 2 Clouds. Since you get one cloud from Peach after World 2, there's really only 2 Hammer Brothers needed to get the needed items. The only other cloud is in World 4, but there are two spots to get the Hammer, World 2 and World 3. If you get very lucky, the Hammer Brother on World 2 that has the Hammer will come over towards Mario, allowing you to get the Hammer early and skip a few levels. This saves a massive amount of time, especially in Frog%.
