- * STAFF SYSTEM *
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- OWNERS
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Amount: 3
- Will be decided by: Main Owner/s.
- Decision based on: General help towards chat, donations, activity, trustworthiness (maturity, bias/corruption levels).
- For the first month, Owner rank will not exist. Owner ranks will only be given after the first month is over.
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- MODERATORS
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Amount: 7
- Will be decided by: Main Owner/s and Owners
- Decision based on: Spreadsheet of information which will weight monthly donations and activity (see below). Other factors such as maturity and bias/corruption levels will also be factored if necessary.
- During the first month, users that generally help and donate the most will be awarded moderator.
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- SPREADSHEET OF INFORMATION
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- - All donations given will be recorded in a spreadsheet so that the most active donators can be determined. This data will be collected prior to the staff changes.
- - All Main Owners and Owners will have access to the spreadsheet and will be able to edit it.
- - Prizes given for contests count as donations. However, it must be specified whether the given xats were for a donation or a prize for a contest on the spreadsheet.
- - Xats given for tickets in the weekly lottery (see below) will be recorded separately to donations.
- - Any user who does not donate within a given month duration cannot become a Moderator for the following month.
- - All users who have donated within a given month duration will be considered in the spreadsheet for that particular month.
- - The Top 5 donators that are active for a given month (excluding Main Owners and Owners) will be given a Moderator rank the following month. If activity levels are not deemed high enough or trustworthiness is deemed to be too low by the majority of Main Owners & Owners for any given Top 5 donator, then the next highest ranking donator that is active and trustworthy will be chosen.
- - The Top 2 most active users (decided by Main Owners & Owners) for a given month will be given Moderator in the following month, so long as they have made a donation exceeding or equalling 500 xats in the corresponding month duration.

- * CONTEST INFORMATION *
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- - Contests may be hosted by any user of any rank.
- - Contests have restrictions. See below.
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- * CONTEST RESTRICTIONS *
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- - The prize for a contest hosted by a user that is a Moderator rank or below MUST be given to a Main Owner or Owner.
- - Once a prize (or donation) has been given, it cannot be returned in any circumstance.
- - The prize for a contest must equal or exceed a value of 200 xats. If power/s are used for a contest, the minimum bot value must be used as the value for said power/s.
- - Contests CANNOT be entirely or very largely revolved around random chance (such as Xth person to PC and pick the number I'm thinking of). The only event that can be based around random chance is the weekly lottery, which will be explained in it's own section further down.
- - Similarly, contests that entirely revolve around a particular skill such that the same very small minority win every time (such as TypeRace and First to PC) are highly discouraged and will likely not be allowed.
- - Contests based around entirely subjective experience, such as a person's attributes, are not allowed.
- - Contests where spamming gives users a heavy advantage (such as guessing a quantity) are not allowed. If spamming does NOT give the user a heavy advantage (such as in Guess the Doodle) then it is allowed.
- - If a contest is not one of the recommended contests (explained in section below this one), then the user hosting the contest must explain their contest idea to a Main Owner or Owner. If the idea is approved, then the user can host the contest immediately given the prize is below 5000 xats.
- - Contests that are valued at 5000 xats or above are considered large scale contests. The user intending to host the contest must contact a Main Owner or Owner. A date must be set for when the user can host the contest, but there must be at least a one week notice before the contest can be held. If the user does not want the contest to be held on a specific date and just wants to donate, then it is not necessary to host away the entire donation. However, if the user specifically requests the xats be used for one contest, then it must be done. The user can be the main host of the contest if they wish, but must be aided by Main Owners / Owners. If the user hosting the contest is being very slow or other issues with the host are present, Main Owners / Owners have the right to take full control of the contest with no questions asked. It is recommended that large scale contests takes 90 minutes or less.
- - Contests that are valued between 1000 and 4999 xats are considered medium scale contests. It is recommended that medium scale contests takes 50 minutes or less. If the user hosting the contest is being very slow or other issues with the host are present, Main Owners / Owners have the right to take full control of the contest with no questions asked.
- - Contests that are valued between 200 and 999 xats are considered small scale contests. It is recommended that small scale contests takes 30 minutes or less. If the user hosting the contest is being very slow or other issues with the host are present, Main Owners / Owners have the right to take full control of the contest with no questions asked.
- - Contests that are small scale or medium scale cannot involve more than one type of contest (for example, both Trivia and Hide and Seek). However, for large scale contests this is allowed.
- - The recommended contests to host are seen below.

- * FORTNIGHTLY LOTTERY *
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- - Every 2 weeks, starting from a Saturday, a user may give xats in exchange for tickets.
- - At 9:00PM GMT time on the Saturday 2 weeks after the prior Saturday where a winner was decided, the tickets will be rounded up and a winner will be drawn.
- - One ticket is equal to one appearance of your name in the random generator.
- - The user must specify that they buying tickets and not donating. If they do not specify this either in chat or in the donation description, it can be assumed that it is a donation.
- - Xats given for tickets will be recorded in a separate spreadsheet to the ones for donations/prizes.
- - If there is less than 2000 xats in the jackpot, all ticket donations will be given back to their respective donors and the lottery will therefore be cancelled for this 2 week period.
- - The winner of the lottery will be awarded 90% of the overall jackpot. The other 10% will be used as xats for contests.
- - A single user may buy up to 30 tickets.
