The Security Council,

ACKNOWLEDGING that the region of Judea was a war-ravaged region until the founding of the Judean Sanctum, an establishment founded on the principals of regional security, economic prosperity and a unified governing body.

FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING that, before the inception of the Sanctum, wars, economic depression and failed governments were common-place, and that millions of innocent citizens lives were threatened by the many strife's,

OBSERVING that since the creation of the Judean Sanctum, the nations in the region of Judea have allied together. The founding of the Convocation, a council of all Judean nations, wars have been outlawed and any and all conflicts are brought to the Convocation to be voted upon,

ADMIRING the Judean Sanctum's initiative towards economic prosperity by distributing wealth between the poorer of the Judean nations and the rich. The Judean Sanctum allows each member to forward its goals towards regional peace and active participation in international affairs,

PRAISING their efforts of both unifying a region and participating in international committees, both economically and militarily, to preserve the temporarily shafted peace,

UNDERSTANDING that building an ever-lasting peace between nations of a region is a difficult task and that the Judean Sanctum is one of the rare entities that has been able to accomplish such task.,

APPRECIATING the Judean Sanctum's accomplishments in achieving regional peace and prosperity amongst its members and continues to strive towards achieving such in the entire international community,

FURTHER PRAISING its desire to assist nations beyond the boundaries of its region to secure peace and prosperity in those respective nations,

HEREBY COMMENDS Judea.
