Top 3 utilities for CFW Vita.

1. PKGJ:
	You can install any Vita game, most PSP games and select PSX games for free. What's not to like?

2. Adrenaline
	A PSP inside the PS Vita. Any game works with it and all the tools as well.

3. RetroArch (Vita)
	Allows you to play NES/SNES/GB/GBA/GBC/SMD/SG/Arcade/2600/7800/Lynx/C64/PLUS4/DOOM/DOS/MSX/VB/SATURN/ZX SPECTRUM games.

All of these, except from PKGJ can be installed via .vpk with no addional set-up.

I do not provide the ROMs for RetroArch but you can find them on EmuParadise.
