    I apologize for the name, due to my affiliation with law enforcement and other federal agencies I prefer to remain confidential right now.

There is a federal law which at face value probably would not have been violated, however, over the course of years, it is clear it has been violated.

The Federal statute: 923. 18 U.S.C. § 371—Conspiracy to Defraud the United States

Based on the lies, deceit, propaganda, falsify official communications and everything else they have been doing since 2016, they could easily be charged under that federal law.

Key sections:
"To conspire to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the Government out of property or money, but it also means to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest. It is not necessary that the Government shall be subjected to property or pecuniary loss by the fraud, but only that its legitimate official action and purpose shall be defeated by misrepresentation, chicane or the overreaching of those charged with carrying out the governmental intention."

"The intent required for a conspiracy to defraud the government is that the defendant possessed the intent (a) to defraud, (b) to make false statements or representations to the government or its agencies in order to obtain property of the government, or that the defendant performed acts or made statements that he/she knew to be false, fraudulent or deceitful to a government agency, which disrupted the functions of the agency or of the government. It is sufficient for the government to prove that the defendant knew the statements were false or fraudulent when made. The government is not required to prove the statements ultimately resulted in any actual loss to the government of any property or funds, only that the defendant's activities impeded or interfered with legitimate governmental functions."

"Also referred to as a congressman or congresswoman, each representative is elected to a two-year term serving the people of a specific congressional district. Among other duties, representatives introduce bills and resolutions, offer amendments and serve on committees."

"The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence oversees the nation’s intelligence agencies including components of the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, State, Treasury and Energy."

The Russian Probe and FISA Warrants were based on "deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest", which was funded by the Clinton.
This was to by design to continue an investigation into the 2016 campaign of Donald Trump, and to allow H. Clinton a win by decrediting Trump.
This prevented the FBI from conducting it's normal course of action. The FBI ignored the Clinton emails found on Anthony Weiner's computer. This was based on the "deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest"
by specific members of the FBI as well as other top officials.
This also would include the FISA warrant applications which were also based on "deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest".

This alone is a conspiracy, to disrupt the functions of the agency or of the government.

The conspiracy to this day continues, with other high ranking members in our government.

Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi have used "deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest", which some were clearly blatant.
The actions of Schiff and Pelosi are just a continuation of those during the FBI Russian Investigation.

I heard for weeks "no one is above the law", but yet Schiff and Pelosi believe they are untouchable and "above the law".
They believe there are no consequences for those actions and they can say and do whatever.


The illegal activities of the conspiractors have disrupted the legitimate official action and purpose of our government by "deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest".

They haven't served the American People since at least 2016 which is a direct result of their illegal activities. These conspirators were charged with carrying out their official duties when they took the oath of office,
however, because of the illegal activities by the conspirators they have used their positions to defraud the government.

Rule 8.9: "Contempt Procedures. – No recommendation that a person be cited for contempt of Congress or that a subpoena be otherwise enforced shall be forwarded to the Senate unless and until the Committee has, upon notice to all its members, met and considered the recommendation, afforded the person an opportunity to address such contempt recommendation or subpoena enforcement proceeding either in writing or in person, and agreed by majority vote of the Committee to forward such recommendation to the Senate."
They could not charge contempt without first performing the above.
