"And then after the Melcabra(Beaclon/Henger) got tired and ran out of Guts, I had Hilda use Severe Shock to fry its body and win me the Grey Fox Cup!."

Rhiannon and Lissa laughs as they sip some of the beverages available to them from the waiters.

"Jalen didn't compete due to oversleeping...the dum-dum.." Rhiannon chuckles as she roll her eyes and sip her glass. "Soooo...How's the records been since we're discussing tourneys?" Lissa raise an eyebrow, curious about her friend's status. as she speak up. "Me and Nanna over here have got to Rank C like I said earlier, and we're working on getting some new moves now...Dazzling Roll and Heavy Press for instance.."

"That's good,..Mocchis tend to have some lack-luster moves so you gonna have to get a lot of their stronger versions..At the very least, they have amazing guts regen and well-balanced stats."

They are also great starting monsters for new trainers like Lissa, hence why she picked Nanna out.

"Mhm!" Lissa agrees "And they are sooo cute!"


The 2 girls continue to speak and joke around until..

"Oh my~..Is this Lady Faraday I spy with my eye?"

Rin's face darkens a bit as she sighs and turn around to face her biggest rival/lusted person, a lavener-haired lady who's a couple of years older than her who's body matches or perhaps even exceeds her own(One of her many sources of disdain for this woman, however much Rin would deny)with very big tits and a thicc ass to boot. The eldest princess of Nohr, Camilla Gotha

"..Camilla." Rin speaks with a calm tone that hides her annoyance with her much dumber rival, who gasps in a sarcastic manner as she approaches her and stand very close to her where she towers over the shorter woman with her own 6'0 height..

"Darling, I thought you would miss me.."
"How could I miss someone who constantly watch my matches...." Rin snarks back..

"Well, naturally I would watch my rival's battles...have to keep up wi-" Before Camilla could finish, Rin continues on.
"And try to sleep with my brother on a weekly basis?" She glare up at Camilla behind her glasses, the latter merely returning the look back as the 2 and Lissa knows of how much Camilla lust after Jalen.

"...Your brother's fucking sexy, naturally I would want to have him fu-"
"I don't wanna hear you discuss trying to fornicate with my brother!" Rin bare her teeth at her while Camilla is annoyed and look at Lissa for assistance. "Oh, come on! Lissa, don't you fantasize about Jalen?"

"Nope!" She smiles back with assurance.

Camilla groans as she shakes her head and look back at Rin who's glaring at her. "I don't see the issue here, I'm one of the princesses of Nohr, shouldn't you be hoping that we get together?"

"Not with someone who's ideals contrasts most of, if not, all of mines on subjects like using Training Gadgets boosted by Geonyte, The same resource that experts have said MULTIPLE times..." Rin yells at her..  "And continue to use them!"

"Rin, We all know that those experts are lying and have no solid proof.." Camilla scowls and crosses her arms as Rin widen her eyes at her sheer ignorance as Camilla continues . "Furthermore, I'm sure you're just jealous of how much Nohr's trainers have progress more than Ylissians and other nations.

"Here we go..." Lissa groans and roll her eyes at Camilla's patriotism flowing out as Rin just pinch her nose with her annoyance growing more and more..

"Then again, it's natural to feel that way, After all...We have my eldest brother leading the future.." She turn and point upwards to the second floor where her brother was currently talking to some of the nohrian nobles praising him. "He's the pinnacle of all Nohrian Trainers and is the future king.."

"Your brother's just as guilty as you and most of Nohr for using gadgets that harm the planet.." Rin snarls.
"Fake news~" Camilla counter back as she shakes her head and glance down at her. "Regardless, I haven't forgotten the last time we fought each other where you managed to defeated my sweet lil Marzia.."

'lil' Marzia is in fact a Nidhogg(Dragon/Naga) and therefore, not only not a small monster, but also one of the most violent Dragons out there, fitting Camilla's personality on the arena's floor considering just how violent she can be.


Rin for her part, smirks as she recall that match they had 5 months ago in Rank D in the Trident Bowl where Hilda got a very lucky Shell Attack on her Marzia with 5 seconds left on the match to steal the win away.

"No worries, next time we meet, I'll make sure that you'll have another memory of me winning over you.."

The 2 girls stare at one another, Camilla towering over Rin who doesn't back down one bit before the former huffs and turn around to walk off.
"Be seeing you, Lady Leonhart and Lady Faraday...may we meet on the battlefield.."

"See ya!" Lissa call out with a forced smile while Rin just stare at her backside with a scowl..
"(I cannot lose to her...ever..)" She dwells in her min for a while before Lissa tap her on the shoulder.

"Hey, hey...let's not let her ruin our time...I see a table with a chocolate cake on it an-"
The sheer moment she said chocolate, Lissa witness Rin making her way to the table with a determined step in her foot...she giggles as she knows how much Rin loves Chocolates...

With Chrom, during the time as the main 4 split up, he made his way up the stairs to seek his parents out...walking up the stairs and arriving at the coveted second floor where higher ranked nobles(Those who own a notable business) chat among themselves...He look around and see the Nohrian King talking to some people, the grey-haired man is a very imposing man who have a stern, but fair ruling mindset...although some may disagree with his methods(Such as Palutena and Rhiannon for example..The former doing whatever she can to stay at the 1st floor despite being among the elites of the elites in terms of status.)..it's hard to argue with results in terms of the power of Nohrian trainers...

And who else to show off the power of Nohrian Trainers than none other than the crown prince of Nohr, Alexander "Xander" Gotha..Said person is walking towards Chrom after getting done chatting with his Nohrian peers..

"Prince Chrom..." The taller blonde speaks to the shorter Ylissian Prince as he approaches him with a stoic look. "I trust you've been well?"

"Yeah, I have, Prince Xander...." Xander nods in slight approval as he speaks up again. "I would like to extend my gratitude for your well-fought battle with your Thor against my Siegfried...However much you struggled, Nohr values bravery and honor above all."

"Thanks..." Chrom wish he could feel better about the match....but no matter how hard Thor landed his attacks(Including his INT attacks which didn't do much either...) Siegfried just didn't seem to be fazed by them...and whenever HE landed HIS attacks...

Chrom mentally shook from recalling Thor getting sent flying through a rock from a simple Punch...one of Golem's weakest techs to begin with..

Xander didn't seem to notice Chrom's plight as he continue on. "And so I would like to know who, in your opinion, are some of Ylisse's finest breeders that will train underneath your eldest sister's reign 2 years from now?"

Chrom  had to think for a while before he answered back. "A couple of us...Naturally, there are some normal civilians who have a lot of potential that I don't know..but the ones I do know are plenty..."

"1st off, there's Cordelia Cromaisi...Heiress of the Cromaisi line who have a Dragoon(Centuar/Dragon) named Tiamo..Very skilled and diligent...2nd off, we have.."

Chrom goes on to list about 5 others..before he get to who he believes to be the best 2 trainers besides him .

"Finally, we have the Faraday who are opposites of one another..we have Jalen who's very offensive..and we have Rhiannon who have a very defensive mindset.."

"I see..." Xander muses over this... "I am curious on seeing how they would fare against some of Nohr's finest, much less me..."
He and Chrom are by the banister over looking the 1st floor, at this time..Camilla and Rhiannon are glaring at one another...Xander and Chrom don't notice this as the former look at the stairs where a couple is descending the stairs...he knows them.

"That brown-haired male in the black tuxedo with the light-blue haired girl besides him is Belkut Branch, son of one of the nobles who work for the Nohrian Monster Association...he's having a fine rebound following a less-than-steller start for a Nohrian's standard..no doubt he buckled down on himself.."

He direct his attention elsewhere to find a blonde teen with a mullet standing among a bunch of females..he look somewhat pleased, but neither him nor Chrom will be able to see the seething hatred he have for the Gothas.

"That man over there is Diego "Dio" Brando..ruler of the Brando estate following his father's recent passing...he was recently promoted to noblehood by my father after many years of feuding...A very hard-worker who have a promising future.."

He then look over and see a silver-eyed female who's black hair end with a pinkish tint to them in a white dress looking shy, but smiling next to a white haired girl who's chatting to her.

"Those ladies there...the brunette is Summer Rose, hailing from the Rose famly..and the white-haired girl is Robin Wagner...Both are good example of female breeders following Summer's older sister, Raven Branwen-Rose and my own sister.."
"Interesting..why did you asked me all of this?" Chrom turn to the older male who merely look at him before looking away

"All in due time...Regardless, i must go..I have to train my monster so we don't get behind schedule..."
Xander walk off towards the stairs... "Was nice chatting, Prince Chrom..."

Chrom watches him leave off before sighing...why is it so hard to chat to this guy....regardless, he turn towards the crowd and begin to look for his father...

Jalen was currently looking at the refreshment table with a hungry look...if there's one thing all Faradays have...it's an addiction to food or drinks..Palutena have her wine..Rin have her chocolates...and for Jalen?..

It was tacos...and the man was staring at the tacos made by some of Nohr's finest...
"Oh sweet jesus...."

Just as the man was about to grab his plate..he feel his shoulder being tapped...he turn around with an annoyed look to come face to face with a brunette in a red dress who was smiling at hm.

"Hello there, I am Raven Branwen-Rose of the Rose family, pleased to meet you.."

Now Jalen was no stranger to females talking to him out of nowhere..that's what happen when you're him. Even so, he was still a bit miffed from this intrusion..but it wasn't her fault..

"Nice to meet you too, I am-"
"Jalen Faraday...I know of you.." He blinks in surprise at her while she still smile and begin to slowly walk around him...

"Oh..you have?" He watches her before she goes behind him as she speak up. "Why yes, one of Ylisse's finest and newest trainers...currently have a Hare.."  She walks in front of him and give him a warm smile. "I have to admit, you have a fan in me..."

Jalen looks away, making sure not to blush.. "Well, thanks..that mea-"
"As well as a rival.."

"Huh?" He look back at her to see a challenging smirk now "A Rival, Jalen...Me and you are quite similar...we are, as I imagined, considered to be among the best breeders in our age group excluding our princes...We each have a monster that's very fast and frail with your Hare and my Lilim(Pixie/Joker), Jezebel..It's only natural we compete, agree?"

Jalen rubs his chin in thought as Raven waits for his answer..

"Well, I'm flattered for you to think of me as a rival, but I wouldn't consider myself being among the best of the best.."

As Jalen was looking up at the ceiling in thoughts...he didn't noted for a moment...that Raven's face showed a very brief moment of sheer loathing at his humbleness before disguising it with a smile.

"Ah, such a humble answer..you underrate yourself much here..." She tilts her head in a cute manner at him which makes Jalen chuckles a bit.. "Well, I know I'm good, but until I completely dominate my peers, I can't say I'm among the top of the top, can I?"

Now that was something she could agree on, despite hating his 1st answer...Raven could see that they have SOMETHING in common besides what she said earlier..

"Rightfully so, Jalen...That said..."She step closer to him where, being his height..she stared into his eyes with an slightly unnerving soft smile..

"Is there any tourney you are competing?"

"Well...I suppose there's the Artemis Bowl next week in Ylisstol..."He lean back a bit to get some space..while Raven leans more into him, making the motion a moot point.
"Then I shall be there to compete.."  She smirks as she knows he is getting a whiff of her perfume now..possibly enticing him. Jalen for his part was smelling it and was getting aroused..however, he stay strong and move away from her with a nervous smile...

"We'll see if I compete or not..look, Imma go and get my sister and see if she's ok..Was nice talking to you..."
"Raven."

"Right, Raven!...See ya!" As he turn around, he makes an exasperated look of annoyance.. "Man, what a pushy girl..she actually managed to stop me from enjoying my food.."

Back with Raven...all of that niceness just vanishes as she scowls and look at the table.
"What a contemptible vermin..how dare he act as if he's all humble and shit...Why behave in such a manner when you are great?"
She grits her teeth as she walk off...doing whatever she can to stay away from her sister, lest she have to deal with the idea of being nice again in public...the sheer idea makes her gag.

"(Still...)" She walk past many males trying to talk to her as she wave them off with a smile.. "(He's rather cute...perhaps I could break him and make him submit to me...and unlike with Summer where I've failed...I won't with him..and I'll own him AND his fortunes..._

"(Oh yes...I shall rule many people and their loved ones soon...)"

And so, the night ended with the party...Jalen and Rin found one another and searched for their mom who was not drunk at all despite drinking about 9 wine bottles...the Faradays returned to their hotel and slept the night away where the next day was the day of the Taurus Cup...

A very intense battle took place in the Grand Finals of the 8 man single-elim bracket between Garon's Battlerocks(Golem/Durahan), Bolverk and Hector's Armor Dragon(Dragon/Durahan), Odin. Odin put up a very valiant battle using such techs like Salamander(A charge wrapped in fire), Claw Combo, and Dragon Combo...But in the end, Bolverk tanked them and landed powerful attacks with Palm Strike, Brow Smash, and an Uppercut to end the match.

The Nohrians cheered for their king's victory as well as his kids..Xander with a rare smile on his face while the Ylissians bemoaned...another loss from a Ylissian royal to a Nohrian royal..

As the heroes returned home..an question loomed over them all....How could anyone beat the Gothas?...The answer..as Jalen and Rhiannon knows...relies in the training method...as much as she hates to admit it...Rin DID get lucky against Camilla...and knows that she will need to prepare a lot for the next time they fight...and for Jalen..not only will he have to deal with Raven...but unknown to him, he will face off against Belkut and Diego in the future as well...
