- So you see what happened there, was I suggested relaxation to you
- And your mind let the suggestion reach the subconscious
- You never thought "I'm going to relax because that's what I'm reading about"
- You just relaxed when I mentioned it and described it
- So there you have learning to let suggestions into your subconscious
- And in fact you already knew how to do that
- You're just learning that you already knew how, and then letting it happen all the time
- And it can be very nice to do that
- And since you're here I can assume you'd like to explore that a little more
- So again let's talk about relaxation
- Taking a deep breath
- Holding it
- And releasing it
- Feeling relaxed
- It really is that simple
- Even if you've felt it a thousand times
- You just have to relax
- Again, deeeeeep breath in
- Holding it
- And releasing it
- Now
- Let your gaze
- rest comfortably on the screen
- And let yourself breathe easily
- Feeling the breath flow into your body
- Feeling your face and your shoulders relax
- Your hands resting comfortably wherever they lay
- Gaze on the screen
- And it's OK if your gaze goes in and out of focus
- Because you know that every word I type
- And every word you read
- Is a word that has the potential to relax you more
- And more now
- You know your conscious mind wants to read each word
- But since you're learning to let your subconscious mind read the words
- You can allow yourself to be OK with the fact that sometimes you might lose focus
- And sometimes you'll just have to trust your subconscious mind
- To keep reading for you
- And you can read each line
- As you scroll down line by line
- And it can go more deeply into your mind
- And you can let yourself fall just a bit deeper into relaxation
- As you go down
- And scroll down
- So you can just relax and let the scrolling words flow
- Flowing up as you scroll down
- Flowing up into your mind as you scroll down into trance
- Past that filter of your conscious mind
- Maybe realizing that it just doesn't care
- As you just read
- And breathe deeply
- And relax
- As it feels so good to relax
- And sometimes when you relax, I'm sure you like to let your mind wander
- A lot like daydreaming
- So maybe you've already noticed your mind wandering a bit
- Or perhaps thinking of somewhere relaxing you'd like to be
- And just letting your mind go there
- As you relax and scroll
- The motion repetitive
- As you relax and let your mind wander wherever it will
- Allowing yourself to read each word you read
- As if they were merely guides to help your mind daydream or wander
- That's right
- That's perfectly OK to do
- Allowing a slow, dreamy floating sensation to spread through you
- Allowing your relaxation to deepen with each breath
- And knowing that sometimes you might even find your eyes getting heavy
- And knowing that if they do, it's OK to close them for a moment
- And then reopen them
- Letting yourself relax even more when that happens
- A more blissful relaxation
- Each time your eyes close and open and you relax more
- And you go deeper into relaxation
- And you scroll down deeper
- And the words keep flowing
- Flowing by
- Flowing into you
- Reading and relaxing and flowing
- Dreamier and driftier now
- Easy to just watch and scroll deeper
- As it's OK to let your mind daydream
- Wandering
- Your entire body comfortable
- Mind perfectly allowed to go where it wants
- And I don't know if your eyes are heavy and closing and opening yet
- Or if that will happen in a couple of minutes
- But you can just relax and let it happen when it will happen
- Knowing that it's OK to let your eyes close momentarily if they're tired and relaxed
- Just like it's OK to let your mind wander
- And your mind is so good at wandering
- And perhaps your eyes feel so heavy and blinking
- And perhaps they will close for a moment or two
- But you can always let them drift open and relax more and let your mind keep daydreaming
- Going where it will
- As your hands and arms relax
- And your body sinks deeper into relaxation
- Just resting and releasing
- Just letting go for now
- Enjoying the feelings you experience
- Allowing your body to simply relax
- And it feels so good to relax
- That's right
- It just feels good to sit back and scroll deeper and let it happen
- And you know how easy it is to respond to these words by relaxing
- So you can relax even more
- Feel the warmth spreading through you

- And this is a very peaceful sensation
