  3. This is my online hypnosis message. If you want to try it, read it VERY slowly please and very concentrated. Make sure that nothing will disturb you; So mute tiny chat etc etc

  17. And I bet you feel slightly more relaxed just from having followed that discussion with me
  18. So you see what happened there, was I suggested relaxation to you
  19. And your mind let the suggestion reach the subconscious
  20. You never thought "I'm going to relax because that's what I'm reading about"
  21. You just relaxed when I mentioned it and described it
  22. So there you have learning to let suggestions into your subconscious
  23. And in fact you already knew how to do that
  24. You're just learning that you already knew how, and then letting it happen all the time
  25. And it can be very nice to do that
  26. And since you're here I can assume you'd like to explore that a little more
  27. So again let's talk about relaxation
  28. Taking a deep breath
  29. Holding it
  30. And releasing it
  31. Feeling relaxed
  32. It really is that simple
  33. Even if you've felt it a thousand times
  34. You just have to relax
  35. Again, deeeeeep breath in
  36. Holding it
  37. And releasing it
  38. Now
  39. Let your gaze
  40. rest comfortably on the screen
  41. And let yourself breathe easily
  42. Feeling the breath flow into your body
  43. Feeling your face and your shoulders relax
  44. Your hands resting comfortably wherever they lay
  45. Gaze on the screen
  46. And it's OK if your gaze goes in and out of focus
  47. Because you know that every word I type
  48. And every word you read
  49. Is a word that has the potential to relax you more
  50. And more now
  51. You know your conscious mind wants to read each word
  52. But since you're learning to let your subconscious mind read the words
  53. You can allow yourself to be OK with the fact that sometimes you might lose focus
  54. And sometimes you'll just have to trust your subconscious mind
  55. To keep reading for you
  56. And you can read each line
  57. As you scroll down line by line
  58. And it can go more deeply into your mind
  59. And you can let yourself fall just a bit deeper into relaxation
  60. As you go down
  61. And scroll down
  62. So you can just relax and let the scrolling words flow
  63. Flowing up as you scroll down
  64. Flowing up into your mind as you scroll down into trance
  65. Past that filter of your conscious mind
  66. Maybe realizing that it just doesn't care
  67. As you just read
  68. And breathe deeply
  69. And relax
  70. As it feels so good to relax
  71. And sometimes when you relax, I'm sure you like to let your mind wander
  72. A lot like daydreaming
  73. So maybe you've already noticed your mind wandering a bit
  74. Or perhaps thinking of somewhere relaxing you'd like to be
  75. And just letting your mind go there
  76. As you relax and scroll
  77. The motion repetitive
  78. As you relax and let your mind wander wherever it will
  79. Allowing yourself to read each word you read
  80. As if they were merely guides to help your mind daydream or wander
  81. That's right
  82. That's perfectly OK to do
  83. Allowing a slow, dreamy floating sensation to spread through you
  84. Allowing your relaxation to deepen with each breath
  85. And knowing that sometimes you might even find your eyes getting heavy
  86. And knowing that if they do, it's OK to close them for a moment
  87. And then reopen them
  88. Letting yourself relax even more when that happens
  89. A more blissful relaxation
  90. Each time your eyes close and open and you relax more
  91. And you go deeper into relaxation
  92. And you scroll down deeper
  93. And the words keep flowing
  94. Flowing by
  95. Flowing into you
  96. Reading and relaxing and flowing
  97. Dreamier and driftier now
  98. Easy to just watch and scroll deeper
  99. As it's OK to let your mind daydream
  100. Wandering
  101. Your entire body comfortable
  102. Mind perfectly allowed to go where it wants
  103. And I don't know if your eyes are heavy and closing and opening yet
  104. Or if that will happen in a couple of minutes
  105. But you can just relax and let it happen when it will happen
  106. Knowing that it's OK to let your eyes close momentarily if they're tired and relaxed
  107. Just like it's OK to let your mind wander
  108. And your mind is so good at wandering
  109. And perhaps your eyes feel so heavy and blinking
  110. And perhaps they will close for a moment or two
  111. But you can always let them drift open and relax more and let your mind keep daydreaming
  112. Going where it will
  113. As your hands and arms relax
  114. And your body sinks deeper into relaxation
  115. Just resting and releasing
  116. Just letting go for now
  117. Enjoying the feelings you experience
  118. Allowing your body to simply relax
  119. And it feels so good to relax
  120. That's right
  121. It just feels good to sit back and scroll deeper and let it happen
  122. And you know how easy it is to respond to these words by relaxing
  123. So you can relax even more
  124. Feel the warmth spreading through you
  125. Soothing and calm and peaceful
  126. And this is a very peaceful sensation
  127. This is a very calm place to be
  128. Your mind very calm and peaceful, since it willingly wanders naturally to that place
  129. As your eyes gaze at the screen
  130. And your body feels even more peaceful and blissful
  131. And your mind slips ever deeper into relaxing peace
  132. Because you can let it happen
  133. This is such a wonderful place to be

  149. And in a moment, I'm going to start counting down from 10
  150. And you know it's so easy to feel yourself go even deeper as I count down from 10
  151. It's just natural to do
  152. And you know what will happen when I count down from 10
  153. That's right
  154. You'll just keep feeling good
  155. You'll just keep allowing your mind to wander
  156. You'll just allow yourself to relax more
  157. Your mind knows it

  248. You can just allow yourself to be content in how deep you've gone already

  250. You can go even deeper than you are now
  251. Perhaps even deeper than you imagined
  252. You're allowed to be happy about that
  253. You're allowed to be proud of that
  254. Your mind is so relaxed and at peace
  255. It is capable of helping you feel so good

  264. As your gaze focuses and de-focuses

  297. And whenever you read my word SLEEP, no matter if it is in a message, during chat or in an email, you always return back into this wonderful relaxing state of hypnosis.
  298. Whenever you read my, and only my, word SLEEP, you are feeling sleepy, relaxed and calm again. There is no need to think, there is no need to do anything else except staring at the screen and reading my wonderful words.
