  1. >Lynn Loud lunged forward as she leaned back, stretching her legs and spine
  2. >It was 5am, time for her morning run, she usually ran with her daughter, but Lacy was away at camp for a few weeks
  3. >Solo runs were lonely, and could get tedious with no one to chat with and push yourself against, and the sporty woman considered waking up Lincoln
  4. >It seemed the universe was aware of her plight however, and provided a solution
  5. >A step creaked and Lynn turned around to see her niece Loan, looking like a deer caught in the headlights
  6. >"Hey kiddo, you're up early"
  7. >In actuality, Loan was STILL up "H-hey aunt Lynn, I thought you left already" she smiled nervously
  8. >"Just limbering up" she bounded from leg to leg in cossack squats "Wanna join me?"
  9. >Loan did not, at all, but she had trouble standing up for herself, and Lynn could be a difficult person for her to deal with
  10. >As Lynn stared at her with an expectant smile, Loan shifted uncomfortably
  11. >"Y-yeah, sounds fun"
  12. >She was lying, of course, Loan hated running "Alright, get changed and I'll fix you a snack before we go, you can probably keep the sweatpants but the sweater has to go"
  13. >Loan nodded and made her way back up to her room, groaning once she was out of earshot
  14. >"This is gonna suck"
  15.
  16. >The pair stood on the sidewalk, with the older woman hopping in place and younger girl standing with slumped shoulders
  17. >"You gotta keep your head up, look straight ahead, don't slouch or it'll make things harder"
  18. >Loan adjusted her posture and pushed her chest out, wearing only a t-shirt now her obvious endowment was now eye level with her shorter aunt
  19. >Lynn's lips were pressed together as she narrowed her eyes "Should've let her keep the sweater" she thought to herself
  20. >Turning away she gave one last toe touch to limber out "Are you ready?"
  21. >Loan wasn't but she nodded anyways "Y-yeah, where are we running to?"
  22. >"We'll just run around the block, do a few laps, don't want to wear you out in one go, we still have tomorrow to build you up" Lynn let out a grin and Loan felt her stomach drop
  23. >"Oh joy" she deadpanned
  24. >Lynn took off into a jog and her niece followed at a clumsy pace, already sweating before they'd even cleared the block, being up all night had left her with little energy to spare, though she had very little stamina to begin with
  25. >By lap two Loan was shuffling her feet barely off the ground and her arms hung uselessly at her sides as she gasped for air
  26. >By Lap four the shut in was sure she was ready to die as heart pounded and the stitch in her side felt like it would tear her apart
  27.
  28. >Loan collapsed in the grass in front of the house and nearly lost her breakfast, flopping onto her back she stared up at the clear sky with stars filling her vision and she tried to heave air back into her lungs
  29. >"You did pretty good kiddo, you lasted a lap longer than I thought" Lynn grinned at her, still running in place "Lets try for five tomorrow"
  30. >Loan felt like crying as her aunt sprinted off, no longer shackled
  31. >She lay there for 10 minutes, finally feeling the fire in her lungs die down, she got to her shaky feet and made her way to the door
  32. >Once inside she immediately ran into her youngest brother "Good morning, you're up early" Bobby smiled at her before suddenly going wide eyed and red in the face
  33. >"I-I-I-I...." he squeezed his eyes shut and bolted for the kitchen "gonna go eat!"
  34. >Loan was confused, but too exhausted to question things as she made her way to the bathroom, she'd need a long shower
  35. >Shuffling in, she shut the door behind her and stood in front of the mirror, she looked like crap, and her hair was a mess
  36. >Her eyes trailed down and she felt her face heat up as her eyes widened in horror
  37. >Her exertion has soaked her white t-shirt in sweat and it clung to her, leaving very little to the imagination, Bobby had gotten an eyeful
  38. >She ran her hand over her face and stared at herself in the mirror
  39. >"Going to sleep at four tomorrow"
