Mafia - just your regular mafia.

Town-sided:
Paranoid Doctor - roleblocks as well as protects his patient.
Naive Doctor - protection fails every time.
Weak Doctor - dies if they protect a non-town player.
Insane Doctor - has a 50% chance of killing his patient instead of protecting them.
CPR Doctor - if he doesn't protect his patient from a kill, he kills his patient
Cop - just your regular cop
