INTRO:
- Set options to: Fast/Off/Shift
- Name yourself and your rival a one character name

PALLET TOWN:
- Pick squirtle, name him also a one character name
- Rival fight: Tailwhip, (tailwhip if you got growled on turn 1), spam Tackle

ROUTE 1 / VIRIDIAN CITY:
- Deliver the parcel, kill one encounter for xp
- Viridian mart: 4 Pokeballs
- Manip for Nidoran Male, give it a one character name (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AhYz-4MKWc)

VIRDIAN FOREST:
- Pickup the tree potion
- Pickup the antidote in viridian forest
- Weedle guy: Tailwhip x2, Tackle
- Pickup and use the hidden potion infront of the bug catcher, when below 15 hp
- Heal poison if needed
- Swap Squirtle with Nidoran

PEWTER CITY:
- Enter the gym, walk around the minion and fight Brock
- Brock:
 	> Immediately switch in Squirtle
        > Geodude: Bubble x2-3
        > Switch in Nidoran after killing Geodude, then immediately switch in Squirtle again
        > Onix: Bubble x2-3. If Onix uses Bide on the turn you switch back to Squirtle, use Tail Whip twice, then Bubble
- Head towards the mart
- Upon entering, set your options to Fast/Off/Set
- Buy 6 Potions and leave

ROUTE 3:
- You want to use at least 3 fewer Horn Attack than what's listed below, so finish enemies with Tackle when it will kill
- Bug Catcher 1: Leer, Horn Attack x2 on all three
- (Potion if 24 or lower HP)
- Shorts Guy: Leer, HA x2, Leer, HA x2
- Fight the Bug Catcher below, not the Lass above
- Don't swap Horn Attack to slot 1
- Bug Catcher 2: HA x2, HA x3, HA x2, HA x3
- Bug Catcher 3: HA x2, HA x4
- Catch a Spearow or a Pidgey in the grass patch ahead. Use Poison Sting to weaken Lv. 5 Spearows, Horn Attack to weaken Lv. 8 Pidgeys and Tackle to weaken everything else
- Take the center before Mt. Moon unless you have 2+ Horn attacks and 3+ Potions, in which case potion to 36+ instead and follow the standard glitchless strats for the Moon fights.

MT. MOON:

- Rocket: HA x2, HA x2-3
- After the Rocket fight open your item bag and do this following menu:
	> Use the Rare Candy on Nidoran
	> Teach Water Gun (TM12) over Tackle
	> Use the Moon Stone on Nidorino
	> Teach Mega Punch (TM01) over Leer
- Super Nerd:
  (Use Mega Punch instead of Horn Attack if it is disabled)
  > Grimer:  Horn Attack x2
  > Voltorb: Horn Attack, Poison Sting
  > Koffing: Horn Attack x2
- Pick the Helix Fossil and head to the exit of Mt. Moon

CERULEAN CITY:
- Take the Pokemon Center to set a warp point for your Escape Rope
- Acquire instant text
- Get the hidden Rare Candy behind the house in the top-left corner of the city. Then head to Nugget Bridge to meet your rival
- Rival 2:

  > Drowzee: Thrash (75?% range)


ROUTE 5:
- Pick up the hidden Full restore in the underground path if you used your antidote, or are out of potions

ROUTE 6:
- Jr. Trainer F:
  > Pidgey: Thrash

- Jr. Trainer M:
  > Pidgey: Thrash
  > Raticate: Thrash (80% range)

VERMILLION CITY:
- Enter the mart and buy 4 Repels
- Exit the mart and do the Sandshrew manip (no nickname), if Nidoking is in redbar switch Squirtle to the lead before saving the game, or do the meme yoloball (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-RdHnO_Gxc)
- Enter Diglett's cave
- Switch Sandshrew to the lead when saving the game
- Do the Dugtrio manip, and nickname it a one character name (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jEq9ozeZuI)
- (Note that you can start the manip on the ladder tile)
- This manip is dependent on the top 4 items in bag. If you have used all potions and antidote, swap TM28/full restore/repel to slot 3.

- Swap Dugtrio to the lead and head towards the SS. Anne

SS ANNE:
- On the SS Anne, walk left and enter the 4th room, fight the male trainer
- Youngster:
  > NidoranM: Dig

- Pick up the item ball
- Exit the room and do the following menu:
	> Swap item in slot 1 with Repels
	> Teach Body Slam (TM08) over Growl to Dugtrio
- Now walk to Rival 3
- Rival 3:
  > Pidgeotto: Body Slam, Scratch (74%)
  > Raticate: Body Slam
  > Kadabra: Body Slam
  > Ivysaur: Dig

- Receive HM01 from the Captain and leave the SS Anne

VERMILLION CITY:
- Enter the Pokemon Fanclub and talk to the Gentleman to receive the Bike Voucher
- Dig out

CERULEAN CITY:
- Walk to the gym
- Jr. Trainer F:
  > Goldeen: Body Slam (94%)

- Misty:
  > Staryu: Body Slam
  > Starmie: Dig

- Exit the gym and talk to the Bike seller to receive the Bike

VERMILLION CITY:
- Leave the shop and do this menu:
	> Swap item in slot 2 with the Bicycle
	> Teach Cut (HM01) to Sandshrew
	> Teach Dig (TM28) to Sandshrew
	> Hop onto the bike
- Cut the bush underneath you and bike to Route 5
- Once you exit the Gate house, use a Repel and Bike to Surges gym
- Switch Sandshrew to the lead and cut the bush next to the gym
- Save on the tile where the cut bush was and do trash cans manip (https://youtu.be/i3ykbwmoPG4)
- Surge:
  > Voltorb: Dig
  > Pikachu: Dig
  > Raichu: Dig x2

- Enter the Fanclub again and use dig


CERULEAN CITY:
- Hop on the bike and cut the bush in the south again
- Bike to Route 9
- Swap Sandshrew with Dugtrio and cut the bush to Route 9

ROUTE 9:
- Jr. Trainer F:
  > Oddish: Body Slam
  > Bellsprout: Body Slam

- Bug Catcher:
  > Caterpie: Body Slam

- Use a Repel and ether Body slam in Rock Tunnel

ROCK TUNNEL:

- Use your second Repel about 20 steps after the fight.

- Proceed to the next Trainer

- Bike towards Route 8

ROUTE 8:
- Gambler:
  > Growlithe: Body Slam

- Enter the Underground and pick up the hidden Nugget

CELADON CITY:
- Take the center
- Bike towards the mart
- Floor 2:
  > Talk to the right seller
  > Sell: Nuggets and 2 TMs
  > Buy: TM07 x4
  > Talk to the left seller
  > Buy: Greatball x7, Super Repel x13
- Floor 4:
  > Buy: Pokedoll x1
- Floor 6:
  > Grab one Fresh Water from the Vending Machine
- Floor 5:
  > Talk to the left seller
  > Buy: X Accuracy x6, X Special x4, X Speed x11
  > Take the Elevator to F1
- Exit the Mart and head to Route 16

ROUTE: 16:
- Cut the bush and get HM02
- Outside of the Fly-Building open your item bag:
	> Swap slot 2 for the Greatballs
	> Use a Super Repel
	> Teach HM02 (Fly) to your Flier
	> Fly to Lavender Town

LAVENDER TOWN:
- Walk to Pokemon Tower

POKEMON TOWER:
- Save before Rival 4 if you wanna be safe, Hydro Pump critical kills you
- Rival 4:
  > Pidgeotto: Slash
  > Gyarados: Body Slam x2
	> If you got Quick Attacked by Pidgeotto you will almost certainly die to Gyarados, so switch to squirtle, die, switch in Nidoking, Thrash, then finish with Body Slam/Slash

  > Ivysaur: Slash (97%)

- Channeler #1:

- Don't pick up either Elixir
- Use the Heal Pad and proceed to the next Floor

- Talk to Mr. Fuji to warp back to Lavender Town

LAVENDER TOWN:
- Talk to Mr. Fuji and receive the Pokeflute
- Exit the house and fly to Celadon City

CELADON CITY:
- Bike to Snorlax

ROUTE: 16:
- Open your menu right infront of Snorlax:
	> Swap the item in slot 4 for X Speeds
	> Use the Pokeflute
- Run from the Snorlax encounter

CYCLING ROAD:
- Go around the grass and bike downwards, pick up the PP UP

FUCHSIA CITY:
- Enter the Safari Zone (Note that cutting the trees is faster)


SAFARI ZONE:
- Super repel and bike to the east zone

- Grab a TM if out of Potions and antidote

- Fly to Fuchsia
- Walk to the gym
- Juggler:

- Juggler:

- Open your menu and do the following:

- Koga:

  > Weezing: Horn Drill until it selfdestructs

- Walk out of the gym and into the center
- Deposit Nidorina and Nidoking
- Bike to get Strength, then fly to Pallet

PALLET TOWN:
- Upon arriving open your menu:
	> Swap a tossable item (TM/Potion/Antidote) in slot 6/7 with x spec/rare candy
	> Teach Strength (HM04) to Sandshrew
	> Teach Surf (HM03) to Squirtle
	> Toss the item
	> Hop onto the bike
- Bike to the right side of the water
- Swap Sandshrew to the front

- After catching Tentacool, switch it to slot 1 and use a Super Repel
- Surf to the mansion

CINNABAR MANSION:
- Make your way down to the last floor

- Walk to the water and do the following:
	> Switch Tentacool to slot 1
	> Use Surf
- Surf one tile up and hold right to get to Seafoam islands

SEAFOAM ISLANDS:
- Don't hop on the bike
- Go immediately downstairs
