+biocybernaut __ I am answering because I have been getting asked that question myself lately *and it makes me wonder why it is suddenly a thing.*



Why make me jump through hoops (i.e., send an email) just to find out your "real name"?



*Why isn't your username set to you real name?*



After all - that's really what you're asking. You're wondering, _"why isn't your real name [more] prominently displayed"._



So what do you think of Reds Rhetoric and his answer to that question? *That he wants to keep his privacy so he isn't hassled at the local Walmart by drooling retards.*



That sounds fair enough to me. Can you think of a good reason for not using one's "real name"? Or is Reds Rhetoric just inventing a weak excuse?
