  1. - Good evening, citizens. If I might have your attention for a few brief moments, I would like to personally thank you for your cooperation.
  2. - For those who have recently arrived or have perhaps been pre-occupied long enough to have missed this message before, allow me to introduce myself and my city.
  3. - You may refer to me as the 'Chairman' and I humbly welcome you to the crown jewel of what our Benefactors can provide: City 2.
  4. - Perhaps it is a bold claim that our city is one of the best, but I assure you our facilities are simply state-of-the-art; however, that is not want warrants our city the title of superiority.
  5. - Plain and simple, it is you, the Citizen, who makes life here great. By cooperating with the Civil Protection teams you are making our world a better place.
  6. - They are here to protect you and I, from dangers within and without. Only by following their instructions are you safe.
  7. - I understand many have the impression that they are only here to intimidate and control, but these oppressions only apply to those who would wish to upset the balance and order of things.
  8. - Separate yourself from the animalistic desire to be afraid at what you do not understand, and realize that what our Civil Protection teams represent is safety and progress.
  9. - Humanity needs the Beneficiary to survive. Do not bite the hand that feeds you, and consider giving back for all that they give us. Consider applying at your local facilities to contribute to our new society.
  10. - Consider offering your body to the Metropolitic Authority if you believe you have what it takes to be a true guardian of humanity's survival.
  11. - Retain this information if you have taken nothing else from what I have said; cooperation is not assimilation. You are more than a cog in a set of gears and are instead a beacon of hope for future generations. Stay safe out there.
