General Concept: The Revenger is a unique early - lategame tower that does low damage at first, However will do much more damage depending on how much health the base has lost

If the base has taken X damage, it will slightly increase the damage multiplier of the Revenger, Up until +50% if the base has taken a total damage of 200% its max health, This damage multiplier is not decreased when the base is damaged, Prompting leaks to be more better instead of detrimental

However along with that, The Damage of the Revenger will have a second buff, Being how much extra damage they can do depending on the base's current HP, up to +400%

These damage percentages will be increased every level, These buffs will not be lost on tower stun or upgrades

At max level, it would do up to +250% on total base damage taken, and +1500% Damage depending on base's current health in percentage
