Taskbar always on top
Enable taskbar always on top
Disable Xbox Game Bar
Disable mouse accel
Disable background apps
Disable all windows notifications (All boxes unticked)
Disable sticky keys
Disable language switch alt shift
Disable google chrome in background and enable dark mode and remove bookmarks)
Delivery Optimization Turn off allow download from other PC's
Focus assist untick box at bottom
Disable all startup apps except GoXLR, Realtek HD audio and Windows Security notifications
Always check for Windows updates, install them and then disable updates for 7 days.

Power plan:                                 Balanced

NVIDIA settings:
Digital Vibrance:                           50%
Scaling mode:                               Fullscreen when playing CS2 / No scaling when not playing CS2
Perform scaling on:                         GPU when playing CS2 / Display when not playing CS2
Override the scaling mode set by...         Checked when playing CS2 / Unchecked when not playing CS2
Use my preference emphasizing:     	    Performance
