- ROOMS
- - The Super Secret room that gives a black heart (#6) used to have the Dark Room background. In Afterbirth+, it now mistakenly shows up with a library background, even though the XML code of the room appears to have unchanged.
- - The infamous "bomberman" room in the Depths chapter, been in the game since Flash, has various methods of softlocking. The bomb pickups can spawn as troll bombs, D20/dice room can reroll the bomb pickups, and general misuse of bombs can lead to a softlock if the player lacks bombs.
- - In The Chest #301, if you enter from the top left and the Gurglings are the champion variety, it'll spawn on top of you and cause unavoidable damage.
- - In The Chest #289 rare hallway room, if you have an item like Dr. Fetus, you cannot pass the red poop without taking damage. This is the same issue that got The Chest #30 layout changed awhile back.
- - In this particular Boss Rush layout (https://i.imgur.com/fZfIV0R.png), if you have "There's Options," one of the reward item pedestals will spawn on top of the spikes, hiding them. This will cause unexpected damage if you pick up the item on the spikes.
- - Boss Challenge Rooms can generate in Basement 1, but *Normal* Challenge Rooms never generate in Basement 1.
- - One of the Greed Mode Caves layouts has a pit on the player's spawn position, awkwardly pushing them out upon spawning.
- - A few Chub boss rooms still have Drowned Chargers in them, which may be unintentional as Booster #5 went on a spree of removing most cases of alternate enemies from normal floors.
- - The spikes around the bed in Barren Bedroom #9 are infinitely retracted, rendering them pointless.
- - I Am Error room #27 is a closet Error room. However, the floor graphic doesn't resize to match, making it seem as if the room is surrounded by invisible walls.
- - The poop tile in the super-rare itemdungeon #9 layout removes the tile graphic from underneath it: https://i.imgur.com/Z6kOu6N.png
- - In Necropolis #949, the room seems as though it was designed with a Room Button in mind (with the button protected by spikes) but uses a Reward Button instead.
- - The Void still has an I Am Error room, unlike the Dark Room and Chest, meaning it is infinitely repeatable. - /u/Sebastianey
- - There's a few boss rooms in skinny closet rooms that are impossible to spawn a Devil/Angel room, as the 2nd enterence is obstructed. Here's a list of rooms that cannot spawn Devil/Angel doors, or ones where the player has trouble accessing them:
- > Boss_2031 Loki (Non-closet, but Devil door can be blocked off by trapdoor on top of room thanks to the rocks if you don't have a bomb)
- > Boss_2065 Fistula
- > Boss_3311 Lokii (Same exact room design as the above Loki room)
- > Boss_4041 Death (Non-closet, but Devil door can be blocked off by trapdoor on top of room thanks to the pits if you don't have flight)
- > Boss_5026 Dingle (Design could be shifted to have a little cage for Dingle in the center of the room, accompanied by Dips inside)
- > Boss_5035 Mega Maw
- > Boss_5043 The Gate (Same exact design as the above room, just with The Gate)
- > Boss_5044 The Gate (Really simple fix, for some odd reason this non-closet room lacks doors on the sides)
- > Boss_5145 Gurglings
- - Greed Mode Caves Boss #206 consists of only 2 Dukie enemies, despite being a boss wave. Was there supposed to be a Duke of Flies boss entity between them?
- - Begotten enemies still don't spawn properly in Greed Mode waves, their chains appearing for a split second before disappearing.
