Slovakian politician Robert Kalinak and his 1990 haircut

We all know that as of late, Robert Kalinak has lost many privileges to participate in different types of political meetings, however, seeing how successful he has been so far, he probably does not mind. In addition, he is very young compared to other politicians, so how did he gain his polarity? If you follow politics around you, you might have noticed how all of the politicians look the same; meaning that they are all gray, old and wearing suits. Well, as you can notice just from the picture, Robert Kalinak is not that old yet, though he still has his old-school 1990 haircut.
Born on May 11, 1971, in Bratislava, his mother was a teacher and his father was a sailor. Robert Kalinak always had a passion for school and learning. His first school was a technical one, from which he was able to graduate quite fast, as he enrolled (1989 - 1995) at the Law Faculty of the Comenius University. However, Robert Kalinak’s passion went much further than that, since in 1989 he was able to become a member of the coordinating committee in the student movement during the Velvet Revolution.
He never gave up on studying, and soon he was able to enter the world of entrepreneurship in the 90s, as Robert Kalinak was able to open a student restaurant, a printing office, and a publishing house of the scholarly literature. While he was studying, Robert Kalinak became interested in the law, and entered the law office in 1992. Since the restaurant business was doing great, Robert Kalinak asked his friends to join the business, and they opened a chain of restaurants called the Steam and Coffee in 1999. However, as soon as he got his first taste of politics, Robert Kalinak decided to leave everything behind, and dedicate his time only to politics.
Currently, we all know Robert Kalinak as one of the men who founded the political party called the Direction-Social Democracy. Ever since the foundation of that party, Robert Kalinak was able to hold a number of posts in the party. He was a board member since 2001, and he was known to have served as the Deputy Chairman since 2004. Even though today, the protestors want him to lose his current job, he does not seem to care that much. As we all know, Robert Kalinak has always had another plan up his sleeves.
Ever since 2002, Robert Kalinak was an active member of many political occurrences; for example, he was elected as the member of the National Council of Slovakian Republic, he also served as the National Council of the Slovak Republic chairman for the Defense and Security. Even the results in 2006 have appointed Robert Kalinak as a Minister of Interior of the Slovak Republic Deputy Prime Minister. These are just a few examples of his successful days, which means that even if he currently does not have an important job, who knows what is there for him in the future.
