The Globalstar project was launched in 1991 as a joint venture of Loral Corporation and Qualcomm. On March 24, 1994, the two sponsors announced formation of Globalstar LP, a limited partnership established in the U.S., with financial participation from eight other companies, including Alcatel, AirTouch, Deutsche Aerospace, Hyundai and Vodafone. At that time, the company predicted the system would launch in 1998, based on an investment of $1.8 billion.
Globalstar received its US spectrum allocation from the FCC in January 1995, and continued to negotiate with other nations for rights to use the same radio frequencies in their countries.
The first satellites were launched in February 1998, but system deployment was delayed due to a launch failure in September 1998 that resulted in the loss of 12 satellites in a launch by the Russian Space Agency. In February 2000, it launched the last of 52 satellites — 48 satellites and four in-orbit spares. Another eight unlaunched satellites were maintained as ground spares.

    What began as a movement to protest a corrupt Congress (started by Earl Conlon) was hijacked by Peter Santilli and his podcast friends. After Conlon’s original Facebook page was shared by Zeeda Andrews (Peter's frequent guest), it went viral.

    That’s when Conlon was invited to come talk on their show, hosted by Guerilla Media Network (GMN). Before he could, however, he went to the media and made some bold statements:

    Conlon apologized to people via twitter and facebook (https://twitter.com/hbtrux), saying that it was all a hoax and he only said these things for attention. How could this be? Why would someone do a complete 180 in what was their OWN movement? The above article was published on Oct 8. However, Conlon spoke with Zeeda and Santilli via radio on Oct 7 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPI857xZhSM&feature=youtu.be). Oddly, Santilli was intimidating Conlon into not "misrepresenting" the Ride for the Constitution protest.

    Who is Pete Santilli? His name is registered to the website (source: http://pastebin.com/11TVCB04). Santilli, a partner at Santilli & Associates, LLC, also runs the website petersantilli.com where he broadcasts his live radio show. He has claimed, among others things:

    In January, Pete served “Stew Webb” a DMCA takedown notice over use of Santilli’s logo on an article in which Webb claimed Santilli violated U.S. law when he played privately-recorded conversations over his radio show.     The proximity of the website’s physical location and the new Utah Data Center has led some to believe the entire Trucker protest is an undercover operation, but with little evidence to show for the claim. On October 7th, Santilli contacted Earl Conlon and broadcasted the phone call live, berating him for threatening to ‘take hostages.’

    It looks like Peter Santilli listed the web hosting service as the technical contact for the site. That service, Bluehost.com is based out of Provo Utah. There is an NSA data center 15 miles away. This could mean any number of things, but it could very well be that the NSA and Peter Santilli are using bluehost.com to host honeypot sites.

    Earl believed this to be a real protest. Peter clearly set up Earl as a fall guy for media attention. All this bullshit was Peter’s idea and now he’s making it seem like he intended this as a peaceful protest, but it’s been hijacked by right wing extremists.

    Look at the mainstream narrative about the trucker protest and you’ll see nothing but heavy focus on Conlon and right-wing terror - the outlets are conflating it with the ‘terrorism’ of the GOP in the House.

    Santilli is also associated directly with former police chief Mark Kessler, who was suspended from his position at the end of July for making some youtube videos.

    He sent an e-mail to the Communities@Washington Times declaring he was “personally involved with the social media campaign during the Iranian Revolution to get proxies for revolutionaries and helped the State Dept. and Twitter Corp. as well as tech companies to analyze and control revolutionary cells.”

    It is evident that Mr. Santilli is an agent provocateur much like his buddy Chief Kessler and Hal Turner. These people masquerade as patriots and are placed in the public’s awareness via targeted media honeypots for the following purposes:

    1.    To spread disinformation amongst Federally targeted focus groups (in this case, 3%’ers, militia groups and concerned American patriots such as you and I who question the narrative and unconstitutional practices of the current administration)
    2.    To use this artificial media based credibility to infiltrate, confuse and effectively neuter any movements which could raise awareness in the sleeping public’s mind and actually effect change.

    Pete Santilli, Zeeda Andrews, Chief Mark Kessler, Hal Turner, and Larry Nichols (who admits to murdering people on behalf of the Clintons and has been featured on Santilli's show) are birds of a feather. If you pay very close attention you will see that these people are malicious caricatures of citizens whom are concerned about this country and our rights. One need only listen to Santilli’s radio show for just an hour to see that he is an Alex Jones level of parody.

    People like them are designed to subconsciously induce the general public to disassociate themselves from the causes which they “represent” — they do this by acting like loud, ignorant and boorish fools. What this does is cause regular, everyday citizens to fall silent for fear of social ostracization and ensures that only the loudest, crass and obnoxious are heard speaking out on these most important issues facing us as Americans today, which only furthers the divide and silences others still.
