- I really wanted to enjoy Halloween this year.
- I love dressing up and putting makeup on.
- That part I enjoyed tbh, I loved that part.
- However Halloween 2019 didn't really feel like Halloween for me, it felt like every other day tbh. I had an ultrasound on the same day as Halloween, so that is part of the reason it started off not so good. The people who worked at the place I got the ultrasound at were dressed up, so I thought well hopefully the spirit is alive and fun.
- I got home and as the hours went by, I felt hyped, I got dressed up and was ready for it all to start.
- Like even when the day went to night I saw like no change at all, I got a single trick or treater and that was fun tbh.
- I love seeing costumes and giving out candy.
- As time went on, I saw no one else.
- Some houses had Halloween decorations, but not many.
- Apparently everyone went downtown to a festival and all that stuff, wish I knew that ahead of time.
- I pretended that I still had a good Halloween, I didn't want people to know my disappointment, I felt hurt.
- I had a great time at LA Comic Con, so I was hoping that I would have a fun Halloween.
- My mom was supposed to wear a Spider Gwen costume I gave to her, but she didn't.
- I wish I went to the festival and was in a place that was more Halloween like, because I really wanted to have a good Halloween this year.
- I wish I was at a Halloween party, but I know I would never get invited to any, because I have no IRL friends.
- I feel like I am a moron for having high hopes, last year I had no expectation tbh.
- Last year it felt more like Halloween and had more trick or treaters, last year I went to Party City.
- Last year I saw the Halloween rush for people buying costumes in person, I loved it all.
- I don't care that I was in line for awhile and had to return the thing to Party City.
- Just seeing people be excited for Halloween gave excitement to me
