Twilight and Anon - Adorably Angry

"I already said I'm sorry"
>No reply.
>You reach forward to try and scratch her ear but her magic slaps your hand away.
>With a sigh you stand and move around her.
>Her eyes were locked on the book in front of her, but she hadn't turned a page in several minutes.
"Please talk to me."
>No reply.
"If you don't talk to me I'm going to pick you up and hopefully you'll talk to Applejack"
>Her book slammed closed and she glared up at you with blazing eyes.
>"That is exactly the problem!"
>Even with her so obviously mad she couldn't help but be adorable.
>Her muzzle was scrunched up and her ears were flicking rapidly.
>You screwed up your mouth so that you don't grin.
>She was really mad.
"What do you mean?"
>"You!"
>Her hoof hits your chest repeatedly.
>It didn't budge you.
>"Every time I'm angry you treat me like a child! You pet me and scratch me to try and console me instead of treating me like a grown mare!"
>She rose up suddenly and headbutted your chest, forcing you away to give her room.
>"I'll have you know that I'm Prince- STOP SMILING"
>You train your face to stillness.
>You had known about this for a while, but you didn't know it was to this extent.
>With a start you notice that a wind is starting to build up in the room.
>That wasn't a good sign.
>"You're thinking that I'm adorable right now aren't you?"
"N-"
>"Yes you are!"
>Her wings flared as she advanced towards you.
>Her eyes were starting to glow with magic.
>"I am Twilight Sparkle, the strongest unicorn of a generation, former protege to Celestia and Princess of Equestria"
>She reared up and stomped down, cracking the tile in front of you.
>"I am not cute when I am angry. I am not adorable when I am angry. You will treat me with respect!"
>"Well?!"
>You cover your face with a hand to give yourself a moment to collect your thoughts.
>One misstep and you could end up with magic tearing you apart.
>One misstep and you could end up losing Twilight.
>The latter was the more sobering thought.
>With a sigh you drop your hand.
"You are adorable Twi"
>You quickly wave as her jaw bunches.
"Hear me out, hear me out! You're adorable"
"You will always be adorable no matter what state you're in. I can't change that"
"It's that way because I love you. It's that simple"
>Her eyes were starting to fade a bit, which you took to be good news.
"I don't mean to make you feel lesser, you're the most important thing in my life to me. I would never try to demean you"
>The wind faded.
"It hurts me that I ever did that without knowing. I swear on everything that I am that I'll try to avoid doing that from now on"
>You kneel down in front of her.
"But no matter what, you're adorable and I'll love you. Can you forgive me?"
>You open your arms as if for a hug.
>Twilight snorts and turns her head away, obviously undecided.
>You take the chance and wrap her in a hug, pulling her against you.
>Her body stiffens for a moment before relaxing into it.
>"Fine. I suppose I can give you one more chance"
>She leans back and smirks at you.
>"After all, how can I say no to that adorable face"
>You just grin in response.
