NPC: Ravandwyr <Kirin Tor Apprentice>

There should be 2 events involved with him and 3 irradiated Workers.

Event 1 should be that 3 workers walk up to him and ask for a magic trick. He does a frost nova and freezes one of the workers.
Event 2 is 3 workers walking up to him and ask for a magic trick. He turns his pet(Sagan) into a skunk, and that skunk makes a circle around the workers.

Event 1:
Irradiated Worker: Show us a trick, Ravandwyr!
Ravandwyr: Oh, another show already? Very well then...
*Ravandwyr sighs audibly and glances at Sagan.*
Ravandwyr: And, for my next trick...
Ravandwyr: A simple practical joke.
(He frost nova's and an irridatiated workers gets ice blockd)
Irradiated Worker: Let me outta here! Guys... guys?
Irradiated Worker 2: Oh man, he got you good!
Irradiated Worker 3: Remember how you're always telling us to chill?
Ravandwyr: Thank you for watching, everyone! If you'd be so kind as to bring your non-irradiated currency to tomorrow's performance. I'd appreciate it.
Irradiated Worker 2: That was the best trick ever! Ok, boys, let's go get a drink.

Ravandwyr: I shall transform my familiar, Sagan, into something truly wondrous!
(Does a big arcane explosion and Sagan gets turned into a skunk and does a circle around the workers)
Irradiated Worker 1 : A skunk! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew! Don't touch me!
Irradiated Worker 2: Get it away from me!
