  14. Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical.
  15. All these pages are on the same subject, lets say dog collars.
  16. They all sit within a physical and virtual silo like below.
  17. https://www.example.com/pets/dogs/collars/best-11-dog-collars-under-5/
  18. https://www.example.com/pets/dogs/collars/best-9-dog-collars-under-10/
  19. https://www.example.com/pets/dogs/collars/best-9-dog-collars-under-20/
  20. https://www.example.com//pets/dogs/collars/best-11-dog-collars-under-30/
  21. https://www.example.com//pets/dogs/collars/best-11-large-dog-collars/
  22. Is it the physical silo that's causing the issue here do you think? This is crazy annoying.
  23. Even other Categorie pages are having the same issue, like the following
  24. https://www.example.com/pets/cats/
  25. Maybe kill all the physical silos and redirect these pages to new url?
  26. I just want to add that this is a auction domain.

  29. If they do not have the same URLs, nor same content, they cannot be considered duplicate. Then again, who knows what you did in your site folders when setting up the physical silo.
  30. This definitely isn't how this should behave.
  31. The entire idea of actual silo (not the joke people consider silo) is to create a website, that has ZERO outgoing links anywhere. No leaks, nothing.
  32. Unless you have managed to achieve that, then it's not a silo, just a site structuring that complicates your life and grants you absolutely no benefit.
  33. Also forces you to go like what, 5 levels deep? That's catastrophic.
  34. Change your entire site structure, categorize your content and forget that anything like silo even exists. It will make your life easier.
